4800-59.SP The invention relates to the construction and building materials industry and can be used. for the manufacture of high-strength reinforced concrete products based on "slag-alkaline to a binder, to which special requirements are imposed on impermeability, corrosion resistance and durability. Concrete mixtures are known that include blast furnace slag with an imitation or gypsum activator as a mortar. The disadvantage of these concrete mixtures is in comparison with other relatively low strength of the resulting concrete, which does not exceed 50 MPa. Also known are concrete mixtures based on slag alkaline in granulated blast furnace slag, alkaline, activator (salts of weak acids and alkali metals, alkali-containing byproducts of the industry) and aggregates (2. The disadvantage of such concrete mixtures for monolith is a short setting time for which creates technological difficulties in using it for a perishing at the currently existing concrete goods factories. The concrete mixture for the monolith is the closest to the one proposed, including,%: hammer 10–80 blast furnace slag, 55–65 carbonate aggregate, 7–9 alkaline water, 3–6 liquid glass, water, the rest is pi The disadvantage of the known concrete mix is the short setting time: start 1 hour 30 minutes, end 2 hours. The goal is achieved by the fact that a concrete mixture, including ground blast furnace slag, limestone, crushed stone and sand, an alkaline activator, a setting time regulator, and water, contains sodium silicate as a regulator timing cx Cotton wool vanilla potassium permanganate and additionally ammonium nitrate and silica dust with the following ratio of components, wt.%: Ground domain 18, 5-26,2 new donkey Limestone .40,4-46,6 crushed stone Limestone 20,497-20,799 sand Silica 4 , 4-6.3 sodium Permanganate 0.001-0.003 potassium Ammonium nitrogen 0, 1-0.3 Butyrated silica dust2.1-2.6 WaterOther The chemical composition of a silica pool is a by-product of silicon production - the following,%: C, 3-10; AljOj 0.3-lj Pe2.0z 0.1-1.0; CaO 0, -1.0; MgO 0.1-0.3; Si02 the rest. The particle size of siliceous dust: particle content less than 3 microns - 65-70%; 3-20. mkm - 1012%; 20-50 microns - 10-15%; more than 50 microns 10-15%. The effect of slowing down the setting of the slag-alkaline concrete mixture for the monolith is provided by the intensive oxidizing action of potassium permanganate and ammonium nitrate, and the introduction of potassium permanganate further increases the concentration of alkali metal ions, contributing to the increase in strength. Ammonium nitrate and silica mist, which is highly active due to its high specific surface, together with potassium permanganate slows down hydration processes by interacting with an alkaline activator and reducing its concentration at the first stage of formation of a crystalline intergrowth mutually reinforce the effects of each of the components. An additional slowdown in the first stage of the setting of the suspect occurs due to the action of fine carbon present in silica dust. Slowing down the hydration process at the setting stage makes it possible to create a more ordered and crystalline / chic structure, which ensures its density and impermeability. The method is carried out as follows. Potassium permanganate is predissolved in half the mixing water and the resulting solution is mixed with ammonium nitric acid and silica dust — a byproduct of silicon production, then with ground granulated blast furnace slag and stirred for 5 minutes, after which the alkaline activator is introduced as a solid substances — sodium silicate with a silica module 1.0; and the remaining water and aggregate — limestone crushed stone and limestone sand. The mixture is stirred for another 5 minutes. The ratio of components in the concrete mixture is selected taking into account the workability of the mixture (slump of a standard cone) OK 5 cm. The compressive strength of concrete is determined according to GOST 10180-76, water resistance according to GOST 4800-59.
The composition of the concrete mix, the results of its tests and the physicomechanical. concrete properties are listed in the table.
