Description
00 CO. The invention relates to the chemistry of phosphoerate compounds, in particular, to the technology of separation of a mixture of trimer and tetramer of dichlorocytophosphazenes, General formula (NP C H2) where p 3.4, used to obtain heat-resistant and non-combustible polymers, complexing agents, modifiers. The known method of separation of a mixture of trimer and tetramer di; chlorocyclophosphazene by distillation in vacuum at 0.13 0.40 Pa at 250-300 ° C. The disadvantage of this method is that distillation in vacuum is complicated by the process of chemical rearrangement of cycles, at high temperature, which reduces the product output. . The closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is the method of separation of trimer and dichlorocyclophosphazene tetramer by sublimation in vacuum at 133-399 Pa. Trimer becomes sublimated at ВО-ЭО С, then when the temperature rises to 100-120С - trimer with tetramer and then - pure tetramer C2. The disadvantage of this method. is the low purity of the trimer and tetramer dichlorocyclophosphazene. The trimer, sublimated at 80–90 ° C and a vacuum of 133–399 Pa, contains up to 5% tetramer impurity; the tetramer further sublimated at 100–120 ° C contains up to 30% of the dichlorocyclophosphazene trimer. The yield of the pure dichlorocyclophosphazene trimer does not exceed 70%, the dichlorocyclophosphazene tetramer 55%, the rest is a mixture of homologues.

Yield and purity of the obtained trimeratetramer The object of the invention is to increase the purity and yield of the trimer and the tetramer of dichlorocyclo phosphazene. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method for separating a mixture of a trimer and a tetramer of dichlorocyclophosphazene, the sublimation of the trimer in vacuum is ve-g. give at 133-399 Pa and 45-70 ° C. Example 50 g of a mixture of trimer and tetramer of dichlorocyclophosphazene of the following composition: 75% of trimer, 25% of tetramer is subjected to vacuum sublimation at BO-BO and vacuum of 133-399 Pa for 11 -h. 37.5 g (100% yield) of dichlorocyclophosphazene trimer are obtained, the purity of which is determined by gas-liquid chromatography with an accuracy of the method of 0.5-1.0% under the following conditions: a column 3 mm in diameter, 2 m long filled with W liquid phase E-301 110% on it), evaporator temperature 360, column 298®, detector current 100 mA. The determination was carried out on a chromatograph with a thermal conductivity detector. A tetramer of dichlorocyclophosphazene remains on the sublimator, which is recrystallized from petroleum ether. 12 g of product are obtained (yield 98% L with 100% purity determined by gas-liquid chromatography under the above conditions. The table shows the yield and purity of the trimer and tetramer dichlorocyclo phosphazene obtained by sublimation of the trimer in vacuum 133-399 Pa from the T1 temperature and the duration of the sublimation. The subsequent recrystallization of the trimer of the tetramer that remains after the sublimation also improves its quality. Table data are given in comparison with the known method.
