I Изобретение относитс  к способам I предохранени  трубопроводов от за гр знени  и может быть использовано при эксплуатации магистральных водоiпроводов . Известен способ предохранени  водопровода от загр знени  путем защиты его внутренней поверхности сло ем, наносимым в процессе транспортировани  воды и образованным из приме сей, содержащихс  в транспортируемом потоке 11 3Недостатком известного способа  вл етс  то, что образующийс  в про цессе эксплуатации водопровода слой бывает рыхлым н непрочным, недостато но надежно предохран ет трубопровод от загр знени  и создает добавочное сопротивление движению транспортируе мого потока. Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение надежности предохранени  трубо провода от загр знени  путем улучшени  качества защитного сло . Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем что согласно способу предохранени  магистральных водопроводов отзагр знени  путем защиты трубопровода слоем,нанесенным на его внутреннюю поверхность в процессе транспортировани  воды и образованньм из лримесей, содержащихс  в транспортируемом потоке, слой формируют в периоды J очисток .трубопровода, вызванных эксплуатационной необходимостью, путем удалени  излишков отложений и уплотнени  оставшегос  сло . Кроме того, формирование защитного сло  производ т в период второй и . последующих очисток с времени ввода нового трубопровода в эксплуатацию, а в период первой с времени ввода нового трубопровода в эксплуатацию очистки отложени  со стенок снимают полностью до металла. Зарастание нового трубопровода происходит довольно медленно, отложени  имеют бугристый рыхлый характер и первую с времени ввода трубопровода в эксплуатацию очистку производ т, снима  отложени  до ме .талла скребковыми устройствами. Зарастание очищенного трубопровода идет очень интенсивно. За 2-3 года слой„отложений остигает до 10 мк1/ 41истку отложений произ Вед т лепестковой манжетой. При этом м гкие частицы отложений удал ютс  потоком воды, а остающийс  слой, состо щий в основном из кальциевых отложений , сминают и уплотн ют лепестками манжет. В результате на стенках трубопровода образуетс  твердый слой около З.мм, преп тствук ций возникновению электрохимических процессов, а следовательно и зарастанию трубопроводов . Слой имеет гладкую рсшную поверхность , что позвол ет повысить пропускную способность трубопровода. Применение изобретени  позволит надакнее предохран ть трубопроводы от загр знени  в св зи с улучшением качества защитного сло . The application of the invention will allow pipelines to be prevented from contamination due to an improvement in the quality of the protective layer. This extends the life of the pipeline between cleanings, which leads to a reduction in operating costs associated with cleaning the pipeline.
