According to the main author. St. No. 883825, a magneto-optical hysterographer containing a magnetizing system with a sample optically coupled through a polarizer with a radiation source and through an analyzer with a radiation receiver, a magnetizing current generator consisting of a power amplifier controlled by an attenuator, a linearly high voltage generator and a high generator frequency, and a recording unit, consisting of an uzkfrolosny amplifier, a synchronous detector, you are a prtmel, a phase adjustment circuit, and a two-coordinate recorder, with the output -forming magnetic field strength in the electric signal is connected via a rectifier to the first input dvuhkoordinat Nogo registrar receiver output radiation through a narrow band amplifier and a synchronous detector whose reference input is connected to the output of the phase adjusting circuit, a second input XY recorder. The input of the phase adjustment circuit is connected to the output of the narrowband amplifier, and the reference input is connected to the output of the high frequency generator and through a controlled attenuator, the control input of which is connected to the output of the ramp voltage generator and the power amplifier to the magnetizing system CO However, the known hysterographer is low measurement accuracy due to the fundamental impossibility to protect the recording path from interference, caused by a “) 1X field of the scattering of the magnetizing system, and a limited frequency the range of the magnetization reversal of the samples, due to ai the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the radiation receiver and the recording unit. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy and expansion of the frequency range of measurements. The goal is achieved in that a magneto-optical hysterographer containing a magnetizing system with: a magnetic field intensity transducer into an electrical signal, a radiation source optically coupled through a polarizer and an analyzer with a radiation receiver, are connected in series to a first high frequency generator, controlled by an attenuator and power amplifier, the second input of the controlled attenuator is connected to the ramp generator, the output of the power amplifier is connected to the magnetizer A magnetic field to electric signal converter is connected via a rectifier to the first input of a two-way recorder, a radiation receiver through a narrowband amplifier and a synchronizing detector is connected to the second input of a two-coordinate recorder, the input of the phase adjustment unit is connected to the output of the narrowband amplifier, and the output To the second input of the synchronous detector, a second high-frequency generator, a differential frequency driver and an azimuth modulator were additionally introduced, the polarizer and the analyzer are set in a crossed position, the azimuth modulator is optically connected through the polarizer to the radiation source, through the analyzer to the radiation receiver, and electrically connected to the second high frequency generator (and the first frequency difference generator) The second input of the second is connected to the output of the first high-frequency generator, and the output is connected to the input of the phase adjustment unit. The drawing shows a functional diagram that explains the operation of the device. The device contains a radiation source 1, optically coupled through a polarizer 2, sample 3, an azimuth modulator C and an analyzer 5 with a radiation receiver 6. Sample 3 is placed in a magnetizing system 7 with a magnetic field into an electric signal 8, which is rectified The driver 9 is connected to the first input of the two-coordinate recorder 10. The radiation receiver 6 is connected to the second input of the two-coordinate recorder 10 via narrowband amplifier and the synchronous detector 12, the second input of which is connected to the output A phase adjustment unit 13a and a magnetizing system 7 with the first high-frequency generator I through a power amplifier and a controlled attenuator 16, the second input of which is connected to the oscillator / 1 of the rising voltage 17, are connected to the output of the narrowband amplifier 11, and the second input of the phase adjustment unit 13 with the output of the forg 1pc frequency frequency 18, the first input of which is connected to the second high frequency generator 19 n to the azimuth modulator k, and the second to the high frequency generator I. Optical hysterographer works as follows. The flow from the source of radiation 1 passes the polarizer 2 and falls on the sample 3 placed in the magnetizing system 7, in which using the first high-frequency generator of the controlled attenuator 16, the linearly increasing voltage generator 17 and the power amplifier 15 creates the magnetic field intensity, varying sinusoidally with a slowly increasing amplitude. The azimuth of the plane of polarization of the radiation flux reflected from the sample 3 varies proportionally to the instantaneous magnetization of sample 3 with the frequency of the remagneti | | vani. Then, this stream receives azimuthal modulation in the Asia-Mutal modulator with a frequency determined by the second high-frequency generator 19. Thus, the instantaneous azimuth value of the polarization of the radiation flux is equal to the sum of the instantaneous values of the magneto-optical angle of rotation of the sample 3 and the phase of the azimuthal modulator. The intensity of the flow after analyzer 5 is proportional to the square of the angle between the axis of transmission of the analyzer 5 and the plane. polarization of the radiation flux incident on it. In the spectrum of the radiation flux incident on the radiation receiver 6, a harmonic appears with a frequency equal to the frequency difference of the magnetization reversal and azimuthal modulation, and with an amplitude proportional to the amplitude of the first harmonic of the sample magnetization 3 flux into an electrical signal from with the help of a narrowband amplifier 11, this harmonic is highlighted, amplified; a synchronous detector i 12 and a feed of rc to the second input of the two coordinate recorder 10 are detected. The reference voltage of the synchronous detector 12 is generated by the differential frequency generator 18, and its phase is adjusted during the measurement by the phase adjustment unit 13. The voltage from the magnetic field voltage converter is the electrical signal 8 is rectified by the rectifier 9 and fed to the first input of the two-coordinate recorder 10. The economic effect of using the proposed optical hysterograph is due to The possibility of high-frequency measurements on films of many Kia materials, whose characteristics have not previously been measured on magneto-optical equipment, and the possibility of a more accurate selection of the optimal technological mode of material production and rejection of products at the earliest stage of production, which eliminates losses associated with further rejection products.
