Description
The invention relates to a hoist-and-trailer maker, in particular, to skip hoists, used for the supply of bulk and small piece goods.
1.A skip hoist is known, which contains a cargo skip mounted by flexible leads on drive chains with the possibility of continuous movement with the help of rollers along guide rails, some of which are curved and on others the mentioned drive chains 1 are placed.
е. снижаетс производительность и возрастают габариты и металлоемкость .However, in a known elevator, in order to effect the overturning of a skip, its considerable movement in the vertical and horizontal planes is required. The greatness of these movements is approximately equal to the overall dimensions of the skip. In this case, the useful lifting height of the loads is significantly smaller compared to the magnitude of the working stroke of the traction element and, as a result, the skip lifting / lowering cycle increases, i.e., productivity decreases and dimensions and intensity increase.
Цель изобретени - повышение производительности и снижение металлоемкости путем уменьщени зонЫОпрокидывани скипа .The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity and reduce metal consumption by reducing the zone of tipping skip.
This goal is achieved by the fact that a skip hoist containing a cargo skip mounted by flexible leads on drive chains with the possibility of continuous movement using rollers along rails, some of which are made curved, and on others are placed driving chains a frame rigidly connected with curved guides, and each of the other guides is made in the form of a two-arm lever, one of the arms of which is hingedly connected to said frame, with a hinge see still outward with respect to the drive chains and the center of the body of the skip.
.In addition, in order to increase reliability, the skip hoist is equipped with a skip retainer relative to curved guides in the skip tilting zone, including L-shaped pivots mounted on the last, and retaining elements interacting with the pivot pins mounted on the rollers. .
На фиг. 1 изображен подъемник, вид сбоку; на фиг. 2 - то же, вид спереди; на фиг. 3 - узел I на фиг. 1; на фиг. 4 - разрез А-А на фиг. 1;FIG. 1 shows a lift, side view; in fig. 2 - the same, front view; in fig. 3 shows the node I in FIG. one; in fig. 4 shows section A-A in FIG. one;
4.The skip elevator comprises a frame 1 with a cargo skip 2 equipped with guides front 3 and rear 4 rollers located respectively in guides 5 and 6. Guides 5 are curved, and guides 6 are equipped with drive chains 7, mounted on driving 8 and tension 9 stars. Flexible gears 11 are attached to the axles of 10 chain links 7 that are hinged, the opposite ends of which are connected hingedly to the axes 12 of the rear rollers 4.
2.The guides 6 are two-arm levers attached to the frame 1 by means of hinges 13 displaced in the opposite direction from the drive chains. 7 and the center of the body skip 2.
The skip 3 is adapted to be fixed relative to the guides 5 in the tipping zone of the skip. The latch 14 consists of a locking element 15 and a trunnion 16 fixedly attached to the axis of the roller 3 and the guide 5, respectively. The element 15 and the trunnion 16 in cross section are barrel-shaped and L-shaped, respectively.
The lift works as follows. When the engine (not shown) is turned on, two
0 chain 7, which pull the drivers 11 together with skip 2 upwards along the guides 5 and 6. When the front rollers 3 hit the upper portion of the curved guide 5, the locking element 15 enters the slot of the axle 16. With the further rise of the skip 2 the front rollers 3 stop, and the rear 4 continue to rise, and its tilting is carried out. At this time, the chains 7 rotate relative to the hinges 13, and the rear rollers 4 move along a circular path whose radius is equal to the distance between the rollers 3 and 4. The rear rollers 4 continue their movement in the guides 6 until the axis 10 of the driver 11 moves around the sprocket 9, where the bob stand 2 begins. The length of bob 2 depends on the length of the semicircle
Дальнейшее движение поводков 11 и скипа 2 по нисход щей ветви цепи 7 приводит к опусканию роликов 4 по направл ющим 6, развороту скипа, воз1зрату роликов 3 с sprockets 9 and speeds of movement of the chain 7. Further movement of the leads 11 and skip 2 along the descending branch of chain 7 leads to lowering of the rollers 4 along the guides 6, turning the skip, returning the rollers 3 s
Далее цикл повтор етс .0 of the curved section of the guides 5 to the straight, full return of the skip 2 to the lowest position before stopping and standing in the loading position. Then the cycle repeats.
5 Such an embodiment of a skip hoist allows loading and unloading without stopping or reversing the skip. The execution of the drive chains with the possibility of their rotation allows, in comparison with the known lifts, to significantly reduce the horizontal and vertical movements of the skip to overturn it, since the distance between the guides 5 and 6 at the moment is equal to the projection onto the horizontal plane
Such an implementation allows the useful height of the skip lift to be closer to the value. working stroke of the traction element. As a result, the productivity of the lifting device is increased by 8-10%, the dimensions and metal consumption are reduced by 10-12%. The implementation of the front wheels with the possibility of engaging with the guides during the tipping of the skip increases the reliability of the device.
