. SL The invention relates to drilling a borehole and can be used to protect drilling equipment (for example, downhole machines) from corrosion, if necessary, to use clay solutions to prevent fracturing of rocks, sludge walls of boreholes When used as a washing liquid of clay solutions, corrosive j increases dramatically "3nos metal parts are both suited, especially in the areas of compaction and flow acceleration. Corrosion of the metal is increased when using as a starting material low-grade hydrophobic Kshtsievy or hydrogen clays, bentonite composition. It is known that, when dissolved, these grades of clay form weak adsorption shells of the solvent on the surface of the clay particle. When the energy is additionally supplied (for example, when a clay particle collides with a metal at high speed), the adsorption shells are destroyed with the release of hydrogen ions from the surface of the clay particle. Discharge on the metal surface, hydrogen ions cause corrosion of the metal. The known method is designed to prevent wear by introducing into the drilling fluid inhibiting additives that form chemical or adsorption films fl on the metal surface. However, under the conditions of the flow velocity, this method is ineffective, since the films under the conditions of the flow velocity are not retained on the metal surface, and they do not form on the surface of the clay particle. There is also known a method of preparing a drilling fluid, which consists in: when drilling rocks, by drilling with a flushing fluid, an aqueous solution of a water-soluble acrylic polymer is added (mixed) to reduce the corrosiveness of the drilling fluid. At the same time, polymer films are formed on the particles of the drill cuttings. When boring unstable rocks and zones of absorption (({for washing liquid, bentonite clays are added to indicated solutions in the form of t2j solutions) In the known methods of preparing boron solutions, clay solution is introduced into the polymer solution, or the commercial polymer preparation solution is introduced. In both cases, the clay particle is already surrounded by a fragile water shell. The polymer reagent either destroys these shells (at a polymer concentration of less than 1%) or is deposited on water shells. In the first case, clay fractions fall out, precipitated Ok, weak shells can be destroyed when particles collide with metal, causing metal to corrode, which drastically limits the use of local low-grade clays to prepare washing solutions, which increases the cost of exploration. The aim of the invention is to reduce the x-ray activity of the mud. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of preparing the 61 PHOW solution, including mixing an aqueous solution of a water-soluble acrylic polymer with clay, dry clay create in aqueous solution of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile in the following ratio, May.% t Dry clay Hydrolyzed 3-5 papiacrylonitrile Remaining Partially hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile, when dissolved in water, binds the solvent molecules into water-polymer chains. When dry clay is introduced into the water-polymer solution, excess polymer bonds react with the chemically active surface of the clay particle to form strong j polymer-polymeric compounds. Excess polymer surrounds clay-polymer compounds with a strong shell. Polymer films are also deposited on the metal surface. Particles and films of the same name over the row repel one another, therefore, abrasive and corrosive wear is reduced. Example. The solution is processed from calcium bentonite gly 2 by hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile - 10% commodity reagent K9. The composition of the suspension per 1 m solution is the preparation K-9 3-5%, clay 3-10%. To reduce the hardness of the water and improve the solubility of the clay, soda ash is added to 0.5%. Polymer solution. K-9 is poured into a clay mixer, water is added to 0.5 volume and stirred until the polymer is dissolved. Next, sow and clay are added and, with stirring, the solution is brought to the required volume. The quality of the solution obtained and the flow rate of the hydraulic hammer machine are shown in the table. .
