The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to the design of nozzles and cleaning devices; in them. A nozzle is known that is made in visual input cones mating with each other, equipped with a phase inclusions cleaning unit made in the form of a conical nozzle located in the nozzle cone with an annular chamber enclosing it with a gap relative to the nozzle and an annular capacitance surrounding the output cone, the connecting pipe from the annular chambers and having a drainage fitting Cl The disadvantage of this construction is the complexity of the phase inclusion cleaning unit, as well as the fact that it is located after that the coupling of the input and output cones that does not prevent the nozzle clogging viscous phase inclusions in its narrowest place. In addition, the speed of movement of the liquid in the layers adjacent to the surfaces of the cones is much less than the speed of movement of the layers adjacent to the axial line, which also contributes to the sticking of viscous phase inclusions to the walls of the nozzle and clogging it. Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a nozzle containing a body and a nozzle placed in it in the form of an inlet cone with vortex channels and an exit cone 2. The vortex channels in the well-known nozzle are located on the expanded part of the inlet cone and their recessed surface is parallel —JJeln of the cone surface, as a result of which the flow turbulence is insufficient, with low speed, therefore, the sticking of viscous phase inclusions onto the nozzle walls is all. equal occurs only with less intensity. A disadvantage of the nozzle is that the nozzle does not operate reliably, as if the nozzle opening becomes clogged with increasing static pressure, the cleaning fluid and the design complexity will go through the radial channels of the cleaning unit along with phase inclusions. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and increase productivity by automatically cleaning the working surfaces from phase inclusions of the working medium. This goal is achieved by the fact that the nozzle in the nozzle contains the body and the nozzle placed in it in the form of an inlet cone with swirl channels and an outlet cone, in the nozzle there is an annular chamber for connecting the output cone of the input cone and the input end of the output cone, the diameter of which exceeds the diameters mentioned ends. FIG. 1 shows a nozzle, a general view, in FIG. 2 is a view A-A in FIG. 1. The nozzle comprises a housing 1. and a nozzle 2 disposed therein in the form of an inlet cone 3 with ducts 4 of turbulence and an outlet cone 5. The nozzle 2 has a spherical outer surface and is mounted in the housing by means of a nut b. In the nozzle 2, an annular chamber 7 is provided to connect the output end of the input cone 3 and the input end of the output cone 5, the diameter of which exceeds the diameters of the said ends. The nozzle works as follows: 1 image. When the working medium is supplied through the inlet cone of the nozzle 2 due to fluid intake through the channels 4, an accelerated rotating flow is created in the annular chamber 7, which flushes out the viscous phase inclusions accumulated on the walls of the cones 3 and 5 and chamber 7, at the same time reduces the flow resistance through the nozzle 2, which contributes to an increase in the flow rate, and therefore prevents sticking of viscous inclusions on the walls of the nozzle 2. At the moment of growth, the cone 5 of the connecting duct 5 increases; o height, which is a shoulder of force P (fluid pressure), and a bending moment M is formed. P, which destroys this growth or ule bends it outwards until /, with a further increase, it is not torn off by the fluid flow, the speed; which after exiting through ijSKoe the space increases. In addition, with the passage of the channels-4, the fluid flow hits the wall of the annular chamber 7 and changes direction. At the moment of a change of direction B, chamber 7 is subjected to hydraulic shocks, which also have an effect on the breakdown of the ends of the build-up, one side of which forms on the wall of the chamber 7. In the proposed design, there are no surfaces in the exit section the direction of pressing and holding of viscous fractions on these surfaces (i.e., force P), nasbog.st, geogr. three at some section is the preliminarily formation of build-up, which BosneiicTBHe has on him very strong forces: bending dokant to Sig ; 1id: ovlicheskogo shock due to automatic p4HdTKe flow area. The outer surface of the nozzle allows to change the angle of inclination of the jets of the supplied liquid. The constructer {allows to increase the productivity of product washing, lengthen the turnaround time i by 4–5 times.
