Description
Эту сипу Р можно регулировать изменением производительности насосов, удельного веса промывочной жидкости диамет-|0 1000 SP 1101 The invention relates to the drilling of off-well wells and is intended for the uncontrolled control of the azimuthal and zenithic curvature of their shafts in the absence of current bottomhole information during the drilling process. Self-orienting downhole devices are known, including an eccentric flow distributor and thrust means retracting under the action of the pumped flushing fluid 1 3 However, these devices are complicated on con, struc- ture, and the eccentric flow distributor is often wedged .- (due to friction arising during rotation or during ingress of solid particles contained in the washing liquid) and is used only to change the azimuth of the wellbore. Closest to the present invention is a self-orienting downhole diverter comprising a housing with connecting threads, a hollow branch pipe installed in the housing cavity and forming with it an airtight cavity in which an eccentric weight having grooves is installed, and the housing and branch pipe have pistons advanced by the action of differential pressures in pipes and annular formation. On the outer surface of the casing there are springs, pressed by the forces pulled out of the casing and forming, given by the interaction with the wall of the borehole deflecting forces on the bit Cs. However, these constructions are characterized by a large number of interacting elements, which does not ensure reliable operation of the device. Retractable pistons can jam due to penetration of the solid particles of cuttings and flushing fluid onto the rubbing surfaces, and due to their limited stroke they may not reach the borehole wall when the latter expands. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design of the device. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a self-orienting device for inclined wells, including a housing with connecting threads, a hollow branch pipe mounted in the body cavity and forming an annular sealed chamber with it, and an eccentric weight, the housing is mounted relative to the hollow branch pipe. The side surface of the hole, just as the hollow nozzle is equipped with a nozzle for communicating its cavity with the annular space through the 6oijoBoe opening of the housing. FIG. 1 shows a self-guided device for inclined wells, a section; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. 1. Self-orienting device for inclined wells includes a housing 1 with connecting threads 2 and 3 for the bit and shaft of the turbo-drill, respectively, a hollow nozzle 4 mounted in the cavity of the housing 1 and forming a chamber 5 with it, bounded above and below by seals 6. On the nozzle 4 is installed eccentric load 7, which, if necessary, can be moved to any position relative to the nozzle 8 of the nozzle. The upper and lower parts of the housing 1 have a plan: KH 9 with fingers 10, which allow the housing 1 to rotate relative to the socket 4 supported on: the fingers 10 with the plates 11. On the lateral surface of the housing there is an opening 12 through which the cavity of the socket 4 communicates with the annular The spacer when combined with the nozzle hole 12 8. To prevent fluid from flowing out if the nozzle does not coincide with the hole, an oil seal is installed. 13 The self-orienting device works as follows, -. The housing 1 is installed between the bit and the motor shaft (volumetric engine, turbo-drill, electric drill) and, therefore, rotates with it. The body is connected to the bit and the shaft of the turbo-drill with a special sub with connecting threads. For each combination of the size of the bit of the turbo-drill and the body, separate adapters are made. The hollow pipe 4, inside of which the flushing fluid passes, due to the eccentric weight 3, seated in the seat on the hollow pipe 2 is in the desired position. At each alignment of the holes of the housing 1 and the nozzle 8 of the hollow pipe 4, the outgoing force on the bit acts from the output of the washing fluid from the latter and is obtained in the direction of the necessary change in the position of the wellbore. In other cases (when the holes do not overlap), the washing liquid does not flow out through these holes, there is a nozzle 8 with the gland 13, and seals 6 separate the flow paths of the solution between the cylindrical housings. By changing the position of the eccentric load relative to the nozzle 8, it is possible to obtain the resultant deviation of the force on the bit in a given direction. This vortex P can be adjusted by changing the performance of the pumps, the specific weight of the flushing fluid with a diameter of | 0 10
