The invention relates to microbiology, namely to methods for determining the reactivity of peritoneal cells in vivo in an experiment. A device for studying the migration of leukocytes is known, which contains a gel with holes for cells, deposited on the surface of a Cl 3 glass. The disadvantage of the known device is that it is not designed, in vivo. A device for testing in vivo cell reactivity (agar pool) containing a gel layer having an area with a traceable substance 2 is known. The disadvantages of the known devices are that, due to the free contact of cells with the entire surface of the gel, including the test substance, it It does not allow to assess the change in the characteristics of the movement of the cells or cells when approaching the test substance and meeting with the latter. One can only note the degree of cell migration to the agar blo. In addition, the evaluation of results is possible only after the manufacture of sections of agar bullet. The known device does not allow to evaluate the manifestation of cell reactivity, such as chemotaxis. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the study. This goal is achieved by the fact that the device for in vivo cell reactivity, containing a gel layer, is equipped with a camera for accommodating a gel layer having an open area for entering the cells, the upper and lower bases of the chamber being parallel and made of a transparent material. The drawing shows schematically the proposed device for the study of in vivo reactivity, a general view. The device comprises an agar gel layer 1, having a portion 2c of the test substance, enclosed in a chamber containing two parallel-spaced bases 3 and t, made of a transparent material, and walls 5, formed by a polymer adhesive. In this case, there is an open area 6 in the walls 5 for entry of cells. The operation with the device is carried out as follows. The device is inserted into the bruinous cavity of the animal, perotoneal cells penetrate the gel and the test substance through the open area 6 in the chamber walls 5. The device is then removed for microscopic examination. The presence of transparent plates ensures the distribution of peritoneal cells in the form of a thin layer, in agar and on the surface of the glass, which facilitates the study of cells and allows them to be identified. At the site with the test substance, a cellular response is easily detected if there is cellular reactivity to the test substance. The device is easy to manufacture and convenient to operate.
