The invention relates to filtration, in particular to liquid filters intended for separating suspensions of biochemical productions, for example, nucleic acids, yeast, amino acids, tissue particles of animal and vegetable origin, and may find use in the biochemical, chemical, food, medical and other fields. x industry. A filter for separating a suspension of biochemical production is known, comprising a housing with nozzles and a disk-shaped filter element mounted on the hollow shaft. Cl 3 Filter deficiency - poor performance, as sticky, mucous sediment quickly clogs the pores and filtration stops. Closest to the present invention is a filter comprising a housing with nozzles for supplying slurry and withdrawing a filter, inside of which is placed a filter element made in the form of a hollow perforated agitator and mounted on a hollow shaft. The blades of the agitator are covered with filter cloth on the outside. The mixer has the shape of an ipolder 2 J The disadvantages of this filter are its low productivity relative to the unit volume of the body due to the fact that the entire surface of the filter is placed on the paddle of the filter element, and the low degree of sludge dewatering, since the deposit on the paddle of the filter element is not pressed, and is expelled by centrifugal force in the form of a thickened slurry. The purpose of the invention is to increase the filter performance and increase the degree of sludge dewatering. This goal is achieved by the fact that the filter for separating suspensions, comprising a housing with nozzles for feeding the filtered suspension and withdrawing the filter, a hollow shaft and a shaft-mounted agitator, the blades of which are covered with a filter cloth, are provided with a filter element made in a perforated cup covered with filtered cloth and placed coaxially in the housing, and an annular partition, installed between the side walls of the casing and the cup and separating the filter element on the side and bottom filtering the camera, while in the septum there is an opening for the cameras to be interconnected. It is advisable to provide the filter with a valve installed in the hole of the overcounter, and install the hollow shaft with a possible reciprocating movement. The drawing shows the proposed filter section. The filter includes a housing 1 with nozzle-. com 2 for injecting the suspension with nozzles 3 and 4 for the filtrate. In the cavity of the housing 1 there is a filtering element 5 inserted into the form of a hollow perforated agitator fixed on the hollow shaft 6. The shaft b is mounted with the possibility of reciprocating movement. The blades of the agitator are outside covered with filter cloth. A filter element 7 coaxially installed in the form of a perforated cup covered with filter cloth 8 is mounted coaxially in the housing. Between the walls of the housing and the cup, there is another annular partition 9, which divides the filter element 7 into interconnecting side 1O and bottom 11 filter chambers. The chambers communicate with each other through an opening in which a damper is installed. 12. The filter is working as follows. The initial suspension enters through the port 2 of the suspension inlet into the cavity of the housing 1. The drive 6 is switched on. A vacuum is connected to the pipes 3 and 4 of the outlet of the filtrate. The shutter 12 is opened. The suspension is agitated by the paddles of the filter element 5 and separated by the effect of the pressure drop across the paddles filter material. The filtrate passes into the cavity of the blades of the element 5 and is discharged through the hollow shaft 6 outside the housing. The sediment accumulating on the surface of the blades of the filtering element 5 is continuously removed by centrifugal force, and the filtering is continuously regenerated by sucking particles from the pores of the fabric with a pumping effect that occurs when the suspension circulates. The precipitate thrown from the blades is directed to the filtering perforated walls of the filter element, where under the effect of pressure drop on the filter fabric 8 sediment or pre-condensed on the filter element. 5, the slurry is finally filtered and pressed. At the same time, the filter cloth 8 is continuously regenerated as a result of the destruction of the sediment layer structure by slurry streams formed when the filter element 5 rotates. At the end of the filtering, the entire amount of the liquid phase is withdrawn to the outside of the housing 1 through the hollow shaft 6, the sockets 4. . The pressure and the gas accumulated on the filter fabric 8 are directed to the bottom of the filter element. The shutter 12 closes in order to prevent air from leaking through the wall of the glass. The drive of the shaft 6 is turned off and the sediment which is drunk on the bottom of the glass is dried. The gap between the lower blades of the filter element 5 and the surface of the sediment layer is adjusted depending on the thickness of the layer by raising and lowering the shaft 6. The increase in filter performance is provided by increasing the filtering surface, since the side and bottom walls of the glass are made filtering. This ensures a high intensity of the filtration process on the walls due to the continuous destruction of the sediment structure by rotating the filter element 5. This provides a significant increase in the performance of the filter as a whole. Increasing the degree of sludge dewatering is achieved by squeezing the solid phase on the filter surface. element 7 with the viscosity of the sediment layer. The high porosity of the sediment layer is achieved by the continuous destruction of its structure as the filter element 5 rotates. The invention allows to increase the filter performance and improve the sludge dewatering.
