1.1C 1 The invention relates to the tire industry, in particular, to E-vulcanizable rubber mixtures based on carbon chain rubbers used in the manufacture of tire treads. Known vulcanizable rubber mixture, including carbon-chain rubber and gasified kiln technically carbon, consisting of aggregates: matched spherical particles with a diameter of 110-600 A with a degree of accretion of particles into aggregates of 0.1-0.5 and a specific surface area for nitrogen 300-1200 , the content of phenol groups of 0.010, 10 meq / g and extractable products Q, -Jl 1. - The above mixture has a high: resistance to scorching, but the resulting kanisates from it, due to the high porosity of the surface, are characterized by low stress values at specified elongation and strength. The closest technical solution to the invention is a vulcanizable rubber compound comprising chain-chain rubber and filler1 an improved technical furnace furnace with a particle with a diameter of 110-300 A, a degree of accretion of particles into aggregates 0, 09, and a specific surface area (according to CTAB) 90-120 m2 / g, the content of phenolic groups 0.01-0.0t meq / g and the extracted products 0.33, 2. The disadvantage of this mixture is its unsatisfactory resistance to scorch, which necessitates the use of expensive and scarce anti-scorching Aku with the release of protectors Shin. In addition, rubbers from this mixture are characterized in a number of cases by unsatisfactory strength properties. The aim of the invention is to increase the resistance of the (rubber) mixture to scorch, as well as to increase the strength properties of rubber-vulcanizates from this mixture. This goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the invention, a rubber compound comprising vulcanizing rubber, comprising carbon-chain rubber and filler — furnace carbon black with particles with a diameter of 110-300 L, a degree of srasani to a part in aggregates 0.03-0.09, and a specific surface 90-120, contains as a filler, hydrated technical carbon with a content of phenol groups of 0.050, 12 meq / g and extractable substances of 0.005-0.25 mas1 in the amount of YO-100 wt.h. on 100 ma.ch. rubber Example 1. A vulcanizable rubber mixture of the following composition is prepared at a laboratory roll mill at a roll temperature of 50 ± 5 ° C, in weight, including SCMS-ZOARC 100-butadiene-methyl styrene rubber; stearin 1; zinc oxide 5; altaks 2: sulfur 2 and technical carbon PM-105 (according to TU 38.11562-77, hydrated by treating water with steam for 20 minutes, 50. Hydrated carbon black has a particle diameter by an electron microscope of 210 A, the degree of intergrowth of particles into aggregates 0 , 09; specific surface area according to CTAB 106, contains 0.05 meq / g of phenol groups and 0.25 extractable toluene oligomeric products. For comparison, a control vulcanizable rubber mixture of the same composition is prepared, but the original improved carbon black PM-105, not subjected to prototype and hydration base object). Prepare a second control mixture of the same composition using carbon black PM-105, gasified by treatment with water vapor at SOO-C for 20 minutes. Experimental and control rubber mixtures are tested on a Mooney instrument at 130 ° C according to GOST 10722-76. From mixtures vulcanized samples for 100 minutes at 1-43 ° C and tested according to GOST 270-75. Characteristics of vulcanized rubber mixtures according to examples 1-t and the results of their tests (50 parts per hour PM-105 per 100 parts per hour, rubber) are listed in Table 1.
