A known method for producing cellulose solutions is that cellulose is dissolved in a tertiary amine oxide containing a liquid cellulose solvent compatible with g amine oxide at the solution formation temperature, which hardens with cooling. The resulting solid product can be transferred to a solution by heating and then, for example, subjected to spinning 1. The disadvantages of this method are the difficulty of obtaining a tertiary amine, as well as the impossibility of obtaining a solution under normal conditions. The aim of the invention is to simplify the process of obtaining cellulose solutions. The aim is to achieve that, according to the method of obtaining cellulose solutions, including the treatment with the latter with an oxidizing agent and dissolving the oxidized cellulose, the treatment is carried out with 0.5-3.0% sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution in 20 (aqueous sodium hydroxide solution. Sodium dichloroisocyanurate is a crystalline solid white substance with a solubility in water of 25 g / 10С ml, with a pH of an aqueous solution of 5.6-5.9. Derivatives of chloro cyanuric acid in aqueous solutions due to hydrolysis. hypochlorous acid is isolated from the derivatives. isocyanuric acid, the high activity of chlorine is successfully combined with good stability in powder form, which opens up wide possibilities for using them under production conditions. 8 organic solvents, mainly in chlorinated carbon, hydrogen, sodium dichloroisocyanurate is practically insoluble. When dissolved in aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, of simple and complex ethers, ketones, decomposition of the product is observed, associated with the course of the chlorination or oxidation process. When interacting with mineral acids, dichloroisocyanuric acid is formed. The thermal decomposition of sodium dichloroisocyanurate is characterized by the gradual decomposition of the whole mass and is not accompanied by either a flame or an explosion. In dry conditions, this salt is stable during storage: in 100 days, the loss of active chlorine is only 0.5-1.2. Chloroisocyanurates are not considered highly toxic substances and the rules for working with them are in accordance with those prescribed for the handling of common chemical reagents. According to the results of toxicological studies, these substances are classified as hazard class 3. Example 1. A 5 g sample of wood prehydrolysis sulphate cord cellulose is placed in 0, a solution of sodium dichloroisocyanurate in a solution of sodium hydroxide under normal conditions with a reaction time of 1 m. The liquid modulus is 1:10. The contents in the vessel are periodically mixed. After the indicated time has elapsed, the filtrate is separated from undissolved cellulose, which is then washed with water until neutral and dried at 105 ° C. for 6 hours. In the filtrate, the amount of dissolved cellulose is 8 / ;. (by weight of pulp). EXAMPLE 2 A portion of 5 g of wood prehydrolysis sulphate cord cellulose is placed in a 2.5 solution of sodium dichloroisocyanurate in a ZOig-HOM solution of sodium hydroxide. The reaction conditions are the same as in Example 1. After separating the filtrate from the remaining pulp (by analogy with the previous example) in the filtrate, the amount of dissolved cellulose is 14. Example 3: A portion of 5% g of wood prehydrolysis sulphate cord pulp is placed in 0, solution sodium dichloroisocyanurate in sodium hydroxide solution. The reaction conditions are the same as in Example 1. After separating the filtrate from the remaining pulp, the amount of dissolved cellulose in the filtrate is 11. EXAMPLE 4 A portion of the same cellulose in an amount of 5 g is placed in 31 solution of sodium dichloroisocyanurate in sodium hydroxide solution. The reaction conditions are as in Example 1. After the filtrate is separated from the remaining pulp in the filtrate, the amount of the dissolved pulp is equal. Froze A 5 g sample of wood prehydrolysis sulphate cord cellulose is placed in a solution of dichloroisocyanurate 674 sodium in 0% sodium hydroxide solution. The reaction conditions are the same as in Example 1. After separating the filtrate of settled pulp in the filtrate, the amount of the dissolved pulp is 25%. The proposed method allows to obtain cellulose solutions in a short time under normal conditions using the non-toxic chemical BeuiecTB.
