The invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering and can be used for spraying vineyards and orchards. A sprayer is known, which includes a ventilation machine, nozzles for supplying working solution 1. The disadvantage of this sprayer is that there are repetitive spaces during processing. waste solution, as well as structural complexity. Closest to the invention is a sprayer comprising a fan, a container for a solution of a chemical and a nozzle for supplying a solution of a chemical to the air flow of the fan 2. In it, the nozzles are located in radial directions and are synchronized to rotate with the rotor. The disadvantages of this sprayer are the formation of repeating bands that are not treated with a pre-chemical, as well as the absence of highly efficient atomizing spray. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of spraying and simplify the design. The goal is achieved by the fact that the nozzles for supplying the solution of the pre-chemical are stationary inside the working space of the rotor of the fan and are located opposite to the working outputs of the fan tangentially to the path of movement of the rotor blades. FIG. 1 shows a general view of the sprayer; FIG. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. 1. The sprayer includes a fan 1, equipped with a rotor 2 and a solution-distributing comb 3, located inside the working space of the rotor and connected to the tank by pipe 4, diaphragm 5, gas supply pipe b with a back lightly ejection valve installed at the end, tank 8, cylindrical valve 9 telescopically worn on the pipe 4 near its inlet 10 and equipped with a heavy pipe 11. The fan is mounted together with the hydromotor 12 and connected to the hydraulic system of the tractor by hydraulic hoses 13 and the blades 14 are located numbered around the rotor 2. The nozzles 15 for supplying the solution are arranged in a circle on the comb 3, opposite the left and right operating outlets 16 of the fan tangentially to the path of the rotor blades. Sprayer works as follows. The fan 1 is driven by the hydraulic system of the tractor by the hydraulic motor 12. At the same time, under the action of the tractor exhaust gases entering the bottom of the hermetically sealed tank 8 through the valve 7, the solution is intensively mixed, and the diaphragm 5 bends upwards and through the throttle 11 lifts up the valve cylinder 9, which opens the inlet 10. The solution of the chemical under pressure of the gases enters the pipe 4 through the opening 10 and flows into the distribution pipe A bottle 3, then through nozzles 15 of a large cross section freely flows in a continuous stream into the internal cavity of the rotor 2 in a radial direction perpendicular to the trajectory of the circular movement of the blades 14. The blades, moving at high speed, hit the stream of liquid meeting in their path, continuously by repeated blows and crushing the jet into separate small particles, crushing each of them on the entire surface of the blades to the thinnest film, which, under the action of the blades, flies together with the air stream in the form of the smallest droplets through the working air outlets of the fan and is supplied to the sprayed items. The droplet size is easily controlled by the fan speed, the number and size of the blades, and the flow rate is controlled by the number and cross section of the nozzle nozzles. Due to the absence of a cardan shaft at the exit from the aisles for turns, the tractor operator only turns off the ejector gas supply, and the fan does not stop rotation and does not lose working inertia, continuing to rotate in operating mode. At THIS, the pressure drop in the reservoir leads to the lowering of the diaphragm 5 B downwards, and with it the valve 9 blocking the opening 10 and thus stopping the free exit of the liquid. bones to the fan. After entering the next aisle, the cycle is repeated. Due to the simple design of the device and the significantly increased cross-section of the discharge nozzles located tangentially to the movement of the fan rotor blades, the sprayer is more economical to operate. The quality of the spray is increased 10 times in spray milling compared to the sprayers used in vineyards. This allows a 3-fold reduction in the volume of solution used.
