FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to safety when working on high-altitude objects. A carabiner is known that contains a power brace, at one end of which there is an abutment, and at the other a pivotally mounted spring-loaded U-shaped cross-section with a latch with a notch at the end for engaging the abutment of the brace, which is recessed inside the carabiner, and a rotatable spring-loaded latch lock 1. However, the design of the carbine has insufficient reliability in operation, it is possible self-disclosure of its lock. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the lock. To achieve this goal, a carabiner containing a power bracket, at one end of which there is an emphasis, and at the other a spring-loaded U-shaped cross-sectionally mounted in cross section and recessed inside the carabiner with a groove at the end for interacting with the stop bracket, and a rotatable spring-loaded lock the latch, the latter is made in the form of a two-arm lever placed between the side walls of the latch at its end facing the stop of the bracket, and has a hook on one of its shoulders for engagement with the stop. In addition, the axis of rotation of the latch is inclined to the plane of the bracket. FIG. 1 - shows a carbine with a partial cut, general view; in fig. 2 - the same, front view; in fig. 3 - the same, top view; in fig. 4 and 5 - place of attachment of the latch, cut; in fig. 6 - open carbine, general view. The carabiner consists of a power bracket 1, a U-shaped seal 2, facing a notch inside the bracket 1, a clamp 4, and an emphasis 5 placed on one of the ends of the power bracket 1. The latch 2, made in the form of a segment, is hingedly mounted on the bracket 1 1 87 assisting axis 6 and preloaded by spring 7 so that notches 8 on side walls 3 abut against stop 5. For ease of use, axis 6 is rotated relative to the plane of housing 1. Latch 4 is hingedly fixed in latch 2 between its side walls 3 by means of axis 9 and preloaded spring 10 so that in the normal position of its hook 11 engages with stop 5. In this case, axis 9 is located relative to stop 5 so that automatic engagement of lock 4 with stop 5 is possible and at the same time it is impossible to open catch 2 without pressing lock 4. To increase the strength of the carabiner cutouts 8 on the side walls 3 of the latch 2 is made in the form of grooves. To fix the position of the latch 4 on the latch 2, an emphasis 12 is made. With the carbine, work as follows. With a large finger, press the clamp 4 so that the notches 8 are released from the engagement with the stop 5. Then simultaneously press the latch 2 and the bracket 1 and, retraction the latch 2, form the space between the bracket 1 and the latch 2 into which the gripping element is inserted. When releasing the latch 2, it returns to its original position and at the same time the hook 11 of the latch 4 automatically engages the stop 5. Placing the latch in the latch between its side walls makes it possible to create a slim locking carabiner, to open it you need to perform three actions: press the latch and latch and bracket. Simultaneous pressing of the latch and the latch does not open the carbine. The ability to rotate the axis of the seal relative to the plane of the carabiner body provides convenience for pressing the lock and also provides the ability to engage with larger parts.
