.$ 3 The invention relates to a measurement technique, and more specifically to devices that convert linear acceleration into an electrical signal and are based on electrokinetic phenomena. Various designs of accelerometers of linear accelerations are known, using electrokinetic phenomena when a polar fluid flows through a porous partition wall Cl. The disadvantage of the described construction is the presence of a lower limit frequency of the measured accelerations, the value of which is determined by the hydroresistance and stiffness of elastic elements that limit the movement of the fluid. The closest in technical essence is the electrokinetic accelerometer linear accelerometers. The scientific research institute contains a hermetic case filled with working fluid with electrodes placed in it and a transforming element in the form of a plunger installed with a capillary gap relative to the inner wall of the housing C2. The disadvantages of the known accelerometer are sensitivity to vibrations perpendicular to the measuring axis, the presence of intrinsic noise caused by the friction of the plunger on the glass of the body, low reliability due to the possible jamming of the plunium sulfur. The aim of the invention is to increase measurement accuracy, decrease sensitivity threshold and increase reliability. The goal is achieved by the fact that in an accelerometer containing a sealed housing filled with a working fluid, electrodes placed in it and a transforming element made in the form of a plunger mounted with a capillary gap relative to the inner wall of the housing, is equipped with elastic members located in its ends, and is separated from the compartments, in one of which electrodes and a plunger are located and which communicate with the compartments at the ends through capillary channels. The effect of external vibrations on the output signal is due to changes in the friction force of the plunger against the wall during their actions and, consequently, delays in the movement of the plunger. In addition to the pressure of the plunger against the wall, the frictional force changes due to the non-ideal smoothness of the plunger surface and the housing wall, deviations of the plunger section and the housing, perpendicular axes from the rotary axis, the presence of mechanical impurities in the working fluid falling into the capillary gap. A change in the friction force results in a drag on the plunger movement and, therefore, a change in the pressure drop across the plunger. A change in pressure differential leads to a proportional change in the magnitude of the output signal. In the proposed accelerometer, when braking the piston, for the reasons indicated, the magnitude of the pressure drop across the plunger is maintained by the elastic force of the elastic elements at the ends of the housing. In this way, the distortion of the output signal is reduced and, therefore, a positive effect is achieved. The presence of elastic elements can lead, under certain conditions, to mechanical resonance in the motions of the working fluid and the plunger as a whole. This movement is suppressed when the bulk of the fluid is bordered to the elastic elements through the capillary channels, since the dissipation of mechanical energy occurs during viscous flow. For the case when the elastic elements are gas bubbles, the capillaries prevent them from penetrating into the main fluid. FIG. Tables 1-3 show the specific versions of the accelerometer, respectively, with membrane elastic elements without separating capillaries and with separating capillaries. The accelerometer consists of a cylindrical body 1 containing a plunger 2 forming a capillary gap with the surface of the body. The plunger can be made both continuously and porous. The housing is filled with working fluid. At the ends of the body there are elastic membrane elements 3 (Fig. 1, Fig. 2) or gas bubbles 4 1 Fig. 3) The working fluid in the main volume is bordered by elastic elements directly (Fig. 1), or through capillaries (Figs. 2 and 3). The collector electrodes 5 are fixed in the end part of the housing and in contact with the working fluid in the main volume. The density of the plunger is different from the density of the working fluid. Under the action of acceleration along the axis of the housing (from the measuring axis), due to differences in the plunger densities of the working fluid, a differential pressure is created at the ends of the plunger and, consequently, the fluid flow in the capillary gap (and if the plunger is porous through the plunger). At the ends of the plunger, a potential is created (flow current), which is from (Measured by means of current collecting electrodes.
When braking the plunger, the pressure is maintained by elastic elements and, therefore, the change in output signal caused by this braking is eliminated. Thus, the reduction of the vibration sensitivity to accelerations, perpendicular to the measuring axis, and intrinsic noise occurs. Resonance phenomena during the movement of the plunger and the liquid column in the core (the valve is suppressed by the forces of viscous friction in the capillaries. The increased working safety is ensured by the fact that the plunger can be released when it is wedged by applying an external force to the elastic elements and directly to the working fluid. If elastic Since the element is made in the form of a gas bubble, then when an external shock acceleration is applied, the force acting on the plunger is due to the inertia of the fluid mass together with the plunger.
