Изобретение относитс  к лес:1ой и деревообрабатывающей промьшшенности и может быть использовано дл  раскалывани  чураков и выколки сердцевидной гнили. . Известны устройства дл  раскалывани  кр жей, содержащие станину, расположенные друг за другом ножевые блоки, толкатель и привод l и 2 Недостатками известных устройств  вл ютс  недокалывание кр жей (поленьев ), что приводит к их зависанию на заднем ножевом блоке и снижению производительности, и сложность конструкции . Цель изобретени  - упрощение конструкции . Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что в устройстве толкатель имее ступенчатую форму, причем длина ступени равна рассто нию между.лезви ми ножевых блоков. На фиг. 1 изображено устройство , общий вид; на фиг. 2 - ступень, нижнее положение; на фиг. 3 - то же верхнее положение; на фиг. 4 - ножевые блоки, вид со стороны толкател  . Устройство состоит из станины 1, гидропривода 2, основного гидроцилиндра 3, гидроцилиндра-усилител  4 толкател  5 ступенчатой формы, ножевой рамы 6, подвижных ножевых блоков 7 и 8, при этом рассто ние между лезви ми ножевых блоков равно лине ступени 9 толкател  5. Устройство работает следующим образом. Кр ж с приемного стола технологической линии подаетс  на центрирующую , раму станины 1. Оператор, в зависимости от диаметра выкалываемой гнили, устанавливает ножевые блоки 7 и 8 в определенное положение так, чтобы верхнему положению заднего ножев.ого блока 8 соответствовало размещение ступени 9 в верхней части толкател  5, и наоборот . Под действием механизма надвигани  гидроцилиндров 3 и 4 и толкател  5 кр ж подаетс  на ножевые блоки 7 и 8 и производит его раскалывание с одновременным отделением гнили. Ступень толкател  доходит до лезвий заднего ножевого блока и производит докалывание полена. Предлагаемое устройство обладает сравнительной простой конструкцией, позвол ет устранить недокалывание поленьев на ножевых блоках при выкалывании гнили любого размера. The device consists of a frame 1, a hydraulic actuator 2, a main hydraulic cylinder 3, a hydraulic cylinder-amplifier 4 of the pusher 5 is stepped, a knife frame 6, movable knife blocks 7 and 8, while the distance between the blades of the knife blocks is equal to the line of the stage 9 of the pusher 5. Device works as follows. From the receiving table of the processing line, the crankshaft is fed to the centering frame of frame 1.
