(3) WALL PANEL
Multi-layered exterior wall panels are known, consisting of flexible outer and inner layers and insulation placed between them L1 3 However, the manufacture of such panels is difficult and time-consuming due to the increase in the duration of the panel at the molding station, due to the need for consistent postoperative laying of the concrete of the outer layer and its vibration treatment, laying of insulation, installation of fittings and laying of concrete of the interior layer and its vibration treatment, non-. the use of c. the quality of insulants is non-moisture-consuming materials. or they are low-moisture-consuming, but with preliminary packaging in a waterproof case, as well as the possibility of partial saturation of the insulant with moisture during heat treatment of the molded ones. panels. The closest technical solution to the present invention is a wall reinforced concrete panel comprising flexible outer and inner layers and insulation between them, connected by flexible ties in the form of curved bands, the protruding parts of which have areas on. the level of the surface of the inner layer facing the heat-insulating layer to be fixed to the latter through the openings formed in the inner layer C 2 ... The disadvantage of this design is the presence of embedded parts protruding from the outer layer. This leads to the need to manufacture panels only face down, complicates the molding conditions, does not allow for mechanized leveling and smoothing of the concrete mix, and also does not allow for the molding of the outer and inner layers in one form. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality, manufacturability due to the ability of the liver to jointly form layers in one form, as well as to reduce the labor costs for manufacturing and the consumption of metal for additional boring equipment. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a wall panel including flexible joints, the outer and inner reinforced concrete layers and insulation placed between them are connected by flexible joints in a kind of curved flat, the protruding parts of which have areas at the level facing the insulation of the surface of the inner layer for fastening to the latter through conical holes formed in the inner layer of flexible connections are made with a height equal to the calculated thickness of the insulation, and scribes (in the places of attachment to the layers of the panel, "The embedded parts of the ools of the panel are made in the form of bushings. Figure 1 shows a wall reinforced concrete panel, an axon view; Figure 2 is section A-A in figure 1; fig. H - the retainer of the position of the inserts in the course of forming the panel layers, in Fig. - the panel in forming in a horizontal form. The wall panel consists of the outer layer 1, the inner layer 2 and the insulation 3 placed between the layers. The outer layer 1 is provided with embedded parts k in the form of anchor sleeves with an internal thread under the bolts 5, the embedded parts are located in the outer layer 1 in pairs. Coaxial holes 6 with embedded parts 7, for example, in the form of sleeves, are located in accordance with these embedded parts k in the inner layer 2. Between layers 1 and 2 in the layer of insulation there are located fixing connecting elements 8, which are attached to layer 1 through the embedded parts C by bolts 5 and to layer 2 — through the embedded parts 7 by studs 9 with nuts -TO. Embedded parts and 7 can be attached to the .. connecting element 8 for welding. The panel is made on the same pallet operationally. A horizontal layer 1 with embedded parts, in which clamps 11 are installed, is placed on a horizontal form. Wicker 11 is plates with spaced pins 12 and a central threaded hole 13 for a pin 14c with a tapered head. The clips 11 are installed in such a way that the pins 12 enter the sleeves k. Next, a separation layer is laid (e.g. construction paper, emulsion lubricant, film, etc.). Then, screw the studs 14 with the bushings 7 pre-worn on them into the threaded holes 13 of the retainers 11, then build up the sides of the mold and concrete the layer 2. After heat treatment and the required strength, the product is dismantled and the layers 1 and 2 are separated. D. For this, unscrew the studs 14 from the holes 13, remove the layer 2 and the latches 11. Next, the connecting elements b are mounted on the layer 1, fastened to the layer 1 through the fixings 4 with bolts 5. Lay the insulation 3, 3 onto it the molded layer 2 with the fixed sleeves 7 and the tapered holes 6. Insert into the holes 6 and bushings 7 studs 9, which are tightened with nuts 10. In this case, insulation 3 is compressed to the calculated thickness. The finished panel is removed from the pallet, such as a crane. The proposed construction of the panel is simpler in manufacturing, reduces the consumption of metal for airborne equipment, allows you to increase the percentage of loading of the steaming chambers, to use any heater, including casting (foaming), moisture-absorbing and inflammable. An important factor is the ability to manufacture panels both face down and face up. Performing assembly only on bolts without welding, significantly improves the hygienic working conditions. Formula of the invention 1. Wall panel, including outer and inner reinforced concrete LAYER and insulation between them, connected by flexible connections in the form of curved strips, the protruding parts of which have areas at the surface of the inner layer facing the insulator for attaching to the latter through 510 conical holes, formed in the inner layer, characterized in that, in order to increase ka; characteristics, manufacturability and reduction of labor costs for manufacturing, flexible connections are made with a height equal to the calculated insulation thickness, and are provided with attachments to the layers of the panel with additional elements in the form of embedded parts of the layers. 81 2. The panel according to claim 1, so that the embedded parts of the layers of the panel are made in the form of sleeves. Sources of information taken into account during the examination 1.
