Description
The invention relates to metallurgy and is intended for use in the deoxidation of steel. Known aspav, containing 55-70% MU1, 10-15% A8, the rest iron 1. When steel is deoxidized with this alloy, manganese spinel (MpO) is formed, having a high melting point of 152 ° -156 ° C, i.e. at the temperatures of casting and hardening of steel, it will be in a solid state. It is known that inclusions are poorly coagulated and removed from the melt. Therefore, when using this alloy to deoxidize steel, the rolled stock will be contaminated with manganese chipinel. The closest in technical cytit and effect achieved is a deoxidizing agent containing 50-70% Mie, 10-15% Afc, 0.9-5.0% Si, 0.7-2.0% C Fe - the balance is 2. When applied, it will also form mainly manganese spinel, which is poorly removed from the melt. The aim of the invention is to reduce the contamination of steel with non-phased inclusions. To achieve this goal, a deoxidizing agent containing manganese, alkynium, a silicon-containing substance and iron contains silica in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Manganese 5О-80 Aluminum2-18 Silica1.5-13.5 IronOtherly Introduced silica in the alloy will allow to obtain the deoxidation of the inclusion steel, such as manganese garnet (OLMO OL), which melts at 120 ° C, and therefore coalesces well, is removed from the steel. The silica content of the deoxidizing agent must be at least 1.5% in order to bind all the manganese spinel formed and transfer it to the mango garnet. When the silica content in the oxidizer is more than 13.5%, part of it will be 3 .100. is in the melt in a free state, and since silica has a high melting point (more it will pollute the metal. The manganese content in the oxidizer should be no less than 50% to ensure sufficient density (and therefore good absorption by the steel) and small heat losses by steel. More than 80% of manganese in an alloy is non-chipping, since the technology of its production is complicated ... The aluminum in the alloy should be not less than 2% to ensure deep staining of steel and not more than 18%, since his higher The oxidant will be scattered during storage, its density and absorption will be reduced by steel. Chemical; contaminated M76 steel smelted in an electric arc furnace SDS-S, 5, After reaching a carbon content of 0, 68-O, 71% Silvromangan cement (10 kg / t) furnaces. After 8–10 minutes, the steel was released; its temperature was 1580–160d C. A rake was introduced into the ladle in an amount of 3 kg / t (or Blast metal at 2). knowledge has become the inclusion of its various alloys tovleny 5 raokislitepey with boundary and optimum ratios of the ingredients. To provide a comparative analysis with a known deoxidizing agent, an alloy was also prepared with a known optimum ratio of ingredients. Alloys were obtained by dissolving aluminum in molten ferromanganese. During casting, silica (according to the present invention) was added. To obtain the desired composition of a known alloy, ferrosilicon was added to the ladle before the ferromanganese was released from the furnace. The chemical composition of the alloys is given in table. 1. Table 1 of classifiers and steel inclusions alloy as in the prototype in the same amount and 45% FeSi in the amount of 5 kg / t. Steel was poured into ingots weighing 50 kg, which were rolled to a square 56 56 mm. The results of the study of the quality of the metal are given in Table. 2.
