The outputs of the brine consumption sensors 9 are connected to the brine consumption averaging unit 10 and the electrolytic cells 1 inputs. The current output meters 11 are connected to one of the inputs of the extreme adjustment and ratio blocks 12, the other input of which is connected to the electrolyzer 1, and the outputs are connected to the unit 13 averaging the value of the ratio. The outputs of blocks 5, 6, 8, 10 and 13 are connected to the control panel 14, which is connected to current load sensors 15, 16 brine temperatures, 17 brine concentrations, 18 caustic soda concentrations at the common collector outlet, 19 number of working baths and actuators 20 total consumption of purified water and 21 total consumption of brine. The device works as follows. The signals from sensors 3, 4, 7 and 9 and the signals from blocks 12 of extreme regulation and the ratio of the continuously measured voltage to the current output go to the corresponding blocks 5, 6, 8, 10 and 13 averaging, after which the information on averages the ratio of the volume flow rate of caustic soda, the concentration of caustic soda, water flow and brine flow is fed to the remote control 14 of the control. The control panel 14 also receives information from current load sensors 15, 16 brine temperatures, 17 brine concentrations, 18 caustic soda concentrations at the outlet of the common collector, 19 numbers of working baths. The operator, receiving information about all disturbances acting on a series of baths and the weight output of caustic soda in the control baths, depends on the average values of the volume flow rate of caustic soda and the concentration of caustic soda affects (with an average value of the ratio of continuously measured voltage electrolyzers to a current output equal to min, on the control baths) on the executive bodies 20 of the total flow of purified water and 21 of the total brine flow, control these controlling effects on average start of consumption of purified water and the flow of brine in the control baths, which ensures the optimal mode of the electrolyzer process of the entire series of baths to reduce energy consumption and reduce production costs. The use of the invention will ensure a reduction in the specific energy consumption, since the control in the device is carried out with an average value of the ratio of continuously measured voltage to the current output, and will lead not only to an increase in bath series performance and an increase in product quality, but also to an economy of energy consumption and cost reduction products. The invention The device for automatic control of a series of electrolytic baths by author.
