Abstract

Electromechanical steering joint with tilting in two planes consists of a turning plate (1) with a pin (5), a steering frame (2), a control frame (3) and a tilting frame (4). The turntable plate (1) is connected to the front axle (20) by means of screw connections (18), and the tilting frame (4) is connected to the rear axle (21) by means of screw connections (19). The turntable (1) is rotatably connected to the steering frame (2) by means of a pin (5). This connection allows the two components to be tilted transversely to each other. Damping and springing of transverse tilting is ensured by a system of two spring-dampers (6) placed at one end on the pivots (7) of the turntable and at the other end in the rockers (8) of the repacking (9) connected to the steering frame (2). The central pin (10) is fixedly mounted in the steering frame (2), which is rotatably mounted in the control frame (3). Steering is provided by an electric motor with a gearbox (11) located in the control frame (3). The electric motor with a gearbox (11) rotates the control pin (10) with the help of a chain gear (12), resulting in mutual rotation of the controlled (2) and the control frame (3). The connection of the control frame (3) and the tilting frame (4) is realized by means of a pivot pin (13) firmly mounted in the tilting frame (4) and rotatably mounted in the control frame (3). This connection enables the longitudinal tilting of the two components towards each other. Damping and springing of longitudinal tilting is provided by a system of two spring-dampers (14) placed at one end on the consoles (15) of the control frame (3) and at the other end in the rockers (16) of the tilting frame (17) connected to the tilting frame (4).

Technické riešenie sa týka konštrukcie kĺbu na použitie v kĺbom riadených vozidlách. Kĺb sa vyznačuje tým, že zabezpečuje možnosť naklápania v dvoch smeroch (priečnom na smer jazdy a pozdĺžnom na smer jazdy) a otáčania tak, aby kĺbom spájané nápravy mohli meniť svoju vzájomnú polohu, a to pozdĺžne v smere jazdy a kolmo na smer jazdy pri jazde rovno a aj pri zatáčaní. Technické riešenie spadá do oblasti strojárstva, konkrétne do oblasti konštrukcie pozemných dopravných prostriedkov.The technical solution relates to the design of the joint for use in articulated vehicles. Podstata technického riešenia vychádza z toho, že kĺb, ktorý riadi zatáčanie vozidla, je ovládaný elektromotorom s prevodovkou a pomocou reťazového prevodu otáča riadiacim čapom, čím dochádza k vzájomnému natáčaniu riadeného a riadiaceho rámu. Otočná doska je pomocou skrutkových spojov spojená s prednou nápravou a naklápací rám je spojený pomocou skrutkových spojov so zadnou nápravou. Otočná doska je s riadeným rámom otočne spojená pomocou čapu a toto spojenie umožňuje vzájomné priečne naklápanie týchto dvoch častí. Elektromechanický riadiaci kĺb s naklápaním v dvoch rovinách pozostáva z otočnej dosky 1 s čapom 5, riadeného rámu 2, riadiaceho rámu 3 a naklápacieho rámu 4. Otočná doska 1 sa pomocou skrutkových spojov 18 spája s prednou nápravou 20 a naklápací rám 4 sa spája pomocou skrutkových spojov 19 so zadnou nápravou 21. Otočná doska 1 je s riadeným rámom 2 otočne spojená pomocou čapu 5. Toto spojenie umožňuje vzájomné priečne naklápanie týchto dvoch komponentov. Spojenie riadiaceho rámu 3 a naklápacieho rámu 4 je realizované pomocou otočného čapu pevne uloženého v naklápacom ráme 4 a otočne uloženého v riadiacom ráme 3. Toto spojenie umožňuje vzájomné pozdĺžne naklápanie týchto dvoch komponentov.
