Abstract
Description
Oblasť technikyThe field of technology
Technické riešenie sa týka dielca protihlukovej steny, najmä protihlukovej steny na inštaláciu pozdĺž koľajových tratí.The technical solution concerns a part of the anti-noise wall, especially the anti-noise wall for installation along the railway lines.
The technical solution also applies to the anti-noise wall assembled from these parts.
Doterajší stav technikyCurrent state of the art
The current trend for parts intended for the construction of anti-noise walls, especially along railway tracks, is to make them as small as possible so that they do not obstruct access to/from the railway vehicle, or to integrate these parts directly into the construction of railway tracks, boarding islands or platforms. The disadvantage of this approach, especially in urban development, is that these parts and the anti-noise walls created from them, due to their construction, do not represent a sufficiently effective obstacle that would prevent the unwanted entry of people or animals into the track. Another of their disadvantages is that they are firmly connected to the ground, the body of the track, or another structure, and thus they are not mobile.
Cieľom technického riešenia je navrhnúť dielec protihlukovej steny, ktorý by odstránil nevýhody stavu techniky, a protihlukovú stenu zostavenú z takýchto dielcov. The goal of the technical solution is to design a part of the anti-noise wall, which would eliminate the disadvantages of the state of the art, and the anti-noise wall assembled from such parts.
Podstata technického riešeniaThe essence of the technical solution
The goal of the technical solution is achieved by a part of the anti-noise wall, the essence of which is that it contains a rigid supporting element with a horizontal part with a horizontal bearing surface and a vertical part with a vertical bearing surface, which is equipped with a damping element on the vertical bearing surface intended for orientation towards the noise source a layer formed by a layer of pressed rubber granulate with at least one binder or a layer of vulcanized rubber granulate. This part remains mobile even after being incorporated into the noise barrier.
In a preferred embodiment, the rigid supporting element of this part is made of a prefabricated material, e.g. of concrete, aerated concrete or reinforced concrete, with an "L" or inverted "T" cross-section.
Na zvýšenie útlmu hluku môže byť medzi tuhým nosným prvkom a tlmiacou vrstvou uložená tlmiaca medzivrstva tvorená vrstvou lisovaných textilných vlákien s aspoň jedným spojivom. To increase noise attenuation, a damping intermediate layer consisting of a layer of pressed textile fibers with at least one binder can be placed between the rigid support element and the damping layer.
For the same reason, a rigid support element on its surface intended to be oriented towards the noise source can be equipped with suitable spatial shaping to dissipate or reflect the noise back to its source, such as undulations and/or damping protrusions, and/or depressions.
Regardless of the design of the supporting element, it can be a suitable spatial shaping for the dissipation or reflection of noise back to its source, e.g. a damping layer equipped with undulations and/or damping protrusions and/or depressions on its outer surface.
Na zvýšenie životnosti a odolnosti proti vonkajším vplyvom je dielec protihlukovej steny podľa technického riešenia vo svojej hornej časti vybavený krytom z materiálu neprepúšťajúceho vodu, ktorý bráni prieniku zrážkovej vody do jeho vnútornej štruktúry.In order to increase the durability and resistance to external influences, according to the technical solution, the part of the noise wall is equipped in its upper part with a cover made of water-tight material, which prevents the penetration of rainwater into its internal structure.
Tlmiaca vrstva dielca protihlukovej steny podľa technického riešenia má výhodne objemovú hmotnosť 550 až 800 kg/m3, najvýhodnejšie 620 až 670 kg/m3. Jej hrúbka je výhodne 10 až 50 mm.The damping layer of the part of the anti-noise wall according to the technical solution preferably has a volume weight of 550 to 800 kg/m 3 , most preferably 620 to 670 kg/m 3 . Its thickness is preferably 10 to 50 mm.
Tlmiaca medzivrstva dielca protihlukovej steny podľa technického riešenia má výhodne objemovú hmotnosť 200 až 350 kg/m3, najvýhodnejšie 220 až 270 kg/m3. Jej hrúbka je výhodne 20 až 80 mm.According to the technical solution, the damping intermediate layer of the part of the anti-noise wall preferably has a volume weight of 200 to 350 kg/m 3 , most preferably 220 to 270 kg/m 3 . Its thickness is preferably 20 to 80 mm.
The height of the part of the anti-noise wall according to the technical solution is at least 50 cm, preferably 80 and 125 cm, when it represents a sufficient obstacle for pedestrians and animals, while its weight still allows it to be moved without heavy equipment.
In addition, the goal of the technical solution is also achieved by a noise barrier assembled from these parts.

In fig. 4 is a schematic representation of a cross-section of an installed anti-noise wall formed by parts arranged next to each other according to the technical solution.
Príklady uskutočneniaImplementation examples
Dielec 1 protihlukovej steny podľa technického riešenia obsahuje tuhý nosný prvok 2 obsahujúci horizontálnu časť 20 s horizontálnou dosadacou plochou 201 a vertikálnu časť 21 s vertikálnou nosnou plochou 211. Part 1 of the anti-noise wall according to the technical solution contains a rigid supporting element 2 containing a horizontal part 20 with a horizontal bearing surface 201 and a vertical part 21 with a vertical bearing surface 211. In a preferred embodiment, this part 1 is formed by a prefab with an "L"-shaped cross-section ( fig. 1, 3, 4) or an inverted "T" (fig. 2) made of a suitable durable material, preferably e.g. concrete, aerated concrete or reinforced concrete, etc. If necessary, this supporting element 2 can be equipped with reinforcing ribs (not shown) in the space between its horizontal part 20 and vertical part 21.
At the same time, the horizontal part 20 of the support element 2 forms the base of the part 1 of the anti-noise wall, which provides it with sufficient stability when it is placed with the horizontal landing surface 201 on the previously prepared bed (see below). On the outside of the vertical part 21 of the support element 2 - the vertical support surface 211, which is intended for orientation towards the noise source, e.g. of the unillustrated track, etc., a damping layer 3 (Fig. 1) designed to dampen incoming noise is then placed, preferably over its entire height. This damping layer 3 is preferably formed by a layer of pressed rubber granules connected by at least one suitable binder, e.g. a polyurethane-based binder, in an amount of 5 to 15% by weight, preferably 10 to 12% by weight, or a layer of vulcanized rubber granules. The volume weight of the damping layer 3 is 550 to 800 kg/m 3 , and based on the experiments performed, the volume weight of 620 to 670 kg/m 3 appears to be the most suitable. The thickness of the damping layer 3 is preferably 10 to 50 mm, but it can also be larger if necessary. Crushed rubber prepared by crushing waste material, such as e.g. car tires, etc., with individual particle sizes of 3 to 5 mm. If necessary, however, at least part of the granulate can be made up of particles obtained in a different way and/or particles of a different size. If necessary, the damping layer 3 is colored, preferably by adding a dye of a different color, such as the color of the rubber granulate, to its structure. In addition to aesthetic purposes, this coloring can also serve e.g. as a warning or information or e.g. advertising signage or part thereof.
Na zvýšenie útlmu hluku môže byť medzi nosným prvkom 2 a tlmiacou vrstvou 3 výhodne uložená tlmiaca medzivrstva 4 (obr. 3, obr. 4). To increase noise attenuation, a damping intermediate layer 4 can be advantageously placed between the support element 2 and the damping layer 3 (Fig. 3, Fig. 4). This damping intermediate layer 4 is preferably formed by a layer of pressed textile fibers connected by at least one suitable binder, e.g. polyurethane-based binder, in the amount of 5 to 35% by weight, preferably 20 to 30% by weight. The volume weight of the damping intermediate layer 4 is 200 to 350 kg/m 3 , while the higher volume stiffness ensures higher damping. Based on the experiments carried out, the volume weight of the damping intermediate layer 4 in the range of 220 to 270 kg/m 3 appears to be the most suitable. The typical thickness of the damping intermediate layer 4 is 20 to 80 mm, but it can be larger or smaller if necessary. A suitable material for the damping intermediate layer 4 is e.g. textile fibers obtained by spinning waste material, such as residual or damaged textile elements of the interior of means of transport (e.g. seats, upholstery, carpets, etc.), with the length of individual fibers up to 25 mm. If necessary, however, at least part of the textile fibers can be formed by fibers obtained in a different way and/or fibers of a different length.
The damping layer 3, and if it is present, also the damping intermediate layer 4, is/are connected to the supporting element 2 of part 1 of the noise wall, e.g. by gluing and/or mechanically, e.g. by means of screws, plate clamps, etc.
In order to increase noise attenuation, at least one unillustrated through hole, or a group of through holes arranged in a regular or irregular grid, can be created in the damping layer 3, when the damping intermediate layer 4 is installed, or the damping layer 3 can be formed by a group of plates/segments/lamellas and so on ., which can generally have any shape and/or size, and between which free spaces are created. This hole/holes/gaps then increase/increase the amount of noise that penetrates through the damping layer 3 to the damping intermediate layer 4, and as a result can/can lead to an increase in the sound absorption of the part 1. The plates/segments/lamellas forming the damping layer 3 can, but they do not have to be interconnected. In all these cases, it is advantageous if an unillustrated cover layer is placed between the damping layer 3 and the damping intermediate layer 4, at least in the place of the opening/holes of the damping layer 3 or the gaps between its plates/segments/lamellas, which is preferably breathable and sound-permeable. Such a covering layer can be formed, for example, plastic or fiberglass mesh, plastic foil (transparent, opaque), preferably perforated, Plexiglas, etc., while closing the through opening/holes of the damping layer 3 or the gaps between its plates/segments, thus protecting the damping intermediate layer 4 from external influences and mechanical damage, and at the same time, in combination with the damping layer 3, it participates in the overall appearance of the part 1 according to the technical solution and the noise barrier assembled from these parts 1. For this reason, the covering layer can be colored.
In order to increase the service life, according to the technical solution, part 1 of the soundproof wall is advantageously equipped in its upper part with a cover 5 made of water-impermeable material, which prevents the penetration of rainwater into its internal structure. This cover 5 is created e.g. from sheet metal, plastic, plexiglass, foil, coating, etc., or from the same material as the damping layer 3, i.e. j. from pressed or vulcanized rubber granules. In the variant, when this cover 5 is made of the same material as the damping layer 3, it can be connected to the damping layer 3, or it can be an integral part of it - e.g. as a transverse (horizontal) protrusion in its upper part.
To increase noise attenuation, the support element 2 of part 1 can be equipped with suitable spatial shaping on the vertical support surface 211 of its vertical part 21 to dissipate or reflect noise back to its source, e.g. by undulations and/or evenly or unevenly arranged protrusions and/or recesses - e.g. in the form of vertical ribs with a square, rectangular, trapezoidal or other cross-section running along its entire height, etc. The damping intermediate layer 4 (if present) and/or the damping layer 3 may or may not copy this spatial shaping. Regardless of the design of the supporting element 2, the damping layer 3 can be equipped with a suitable spatial shaping for the dissipation or reflection of noise back to its source on its outer surface.
The height of part 1 of the anti-noise wall according to the technical solution is at least 50 cm, preferably between 80 and 125 cm. In that case, this part represents a significant physical obstacle preventing the unwanted entry of people or animals, e.g. to the railway track; thanks to its structure, at the same time it achieves very good noise reduction. By projecting the individual parts of the anti-noise wall towards the noise source or away from the noise source, it is possible to create the necessary number of sufficiently large passages in this wall. When assembling the anti-noise wall (Fig. 4), according to the technical solution, the parts 1 are folded next to each other, while they rest on each other with their side walls, and they are placed on a pre-prepared bed 6 consisting of e.g. compacted base and a layer of gravel. To connect the individual parts 1, it is possible to use the additionally installed cover 5, the segments of which also cover the transitions between the neighboring parts 1. From the outside, the noise barrier created in this way is at least partially covered with an embankment 7 of soil, which is preferably reinforced with geotextiles (not shown) and/or fitted with suitable coverings plants. The anti-noise wall created in this way is mobile thanks to the placement of the individual parts 1 on the bed 6, without a fixed connection to the ground.
Part 1 of the anti-noise wall according to the technical solution can be used mainly in traffic construction for the production of anti-noise walls around railway lines in urban areas, where, in addition to being an excellent noise absorber, it also represents a physical obstacle preventing unwanted entry into the railway line. In addition, however, this part 1 can also be used for the construction of anti-noise walls around other types of communications, such as roads, highways, racing circuits, etc.
