Abstract
The technical solution relates to a plastic cellar (1), which contains a plastic container (2) in the shape of a sphere formed as a monolith, in the upper part it has a wide neck (3) equipped with an opening (4) with a lid and stairs (5) and a plastic container shell (2) in the shape of a sphere is formed of segments (6´´), the basis of which is the geometric shape of the segments (6´) connected by welding, the welds (7) being strong and watertight. The segments (6´) are formed as part of a spherical surface of symmetrical shape along the longitudinal axis and have a geometric shape according to the template of the developed shell of the spherical surface wherein the side lines intersect on the longitudinal axis and, after cutting, segments (6´´) are formed having modified ends for mounting on a base and ceiling by cuts perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, preferably the number of segments being 21 with a corresponding straight projection of the spherical surface, and the base is a hexagon or other suitable n-angle shape. Polypropylene is used to produce the segments (6´´). The weld (7) is formed by melting a polypropylene wire using an extruder.
