PATENT CLAIMS

1. Bottle straws for packaging products with necks, such as bottles, characterized in that they comprise hinged interconnected bottom, top and side walls, the bottom wall comprising an opening which receives the product adapted to receive its neck and wherein the carton further comprises means for retaining said article disposed between the bottom and top walls such that the top of the composite article is retained between the top and bottom of the holder.

Holder according to claim 1, characterized in that the product holding means comprises a holding part having an opening for receiving and holding the top of the bottle.

A holder according to claim 2, resp. characterized in that the edge of the opening of the bottle top holding and holding is convex upwards to provide resistance to the downward movement of the associated product occupied by it.

Holder according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that it comprises an upper support element for interconnecting the retaining piece and the upper wall of the holder.

Holder according to claim 2, 3 or 4, characterized in that the retaining part is hingedly connected to the side walls of the holder.

Holder according to any one of claims 2 to 5, characterized in that the configuration of the holder parts comprising the top wall and the retaining part is such that it exerts its own deformation to allow removal of the holder product.

A holder according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of product receiving apertures and associated retaining means configured to support a longitudinal row of products.

Holder according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it further comprises end closure means which at least partially obscure the view of the tops of the products retained in the holder.

The holder of claim 8, further comprising an end closure means punched out of the portion of the holder that forms the neck of the article receiving the aperture and is hingedly attached to its edge.

A holder formed from a blank according to any one of the preceding claims.

Holder according to claim 10, characterized in that the blank comprises parts of parts comprising a series of hingedly interconnected longitudinally at the ends of the fastening part, an intermediate part for forming the product holding means, a central support part, a top part, a side part and a base part; the parts successive about a transverse symmetrical axis of one of the parts

Holder according to claim 10 or 11, characterized in that a blank is used to form it.
