Description
Mínometný náboj s opakovane použiteľnou strelou na skúšky mínometovMortar cartridge with reusable missile for mortar tests
Oblasť technikyTechnical field
Vynález sa týka zostavy špeciálneho náhradného mínometného náboja, použiteľného namiesto normálneho mínometného náboja pri streleckých skúškach mínometov. The invention relates to a special replacement mortar cartridge assembly, usable in place of a normal mortar cartridge for firing mortar tests.
Doterajší stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
For firing tests of mortars, in which the weapons are verified in terms of strength and functionality, are used normal mortar ammunition from serial production with a sharp or replacement missile.
Tests are performed on long range shooting range with a range of up to 7 km. The missile moves throughout the flight path as a whole, and re-use of missiles is not possible.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Vynález rieši náhradu normálneho mínometného náboja špeciálnou zostavou náboja, ktorá pri výstrele pevnostné namáha zbraň a overuje funkciu zbrane rovnako ako normálny mínometný náboj. The invention solves the replacement of a normal mortar charge by a special charge assembly, which when fired strength loads the weapon and verifies the function of the weapon as well as a normal mortar charge.
The basic cartridge, which is used in a normal mortar charge, as well as the powder charge, are also used when using a special replacement cartridge.
Celá hmotnosť strely je rozdelená do troch hlavných, vzájomne sa oddeľujúcich častí po opustení hlavne:The entire weight of the missile is divided into three main, mutually separating parts after leaving the barrel:
- stabilizátor,- stabilizer,
- dno makety,- the bottom of the dummy,
- telo makety.- body model.
The stabilizer is designed similarly to a normal mortar missile, so that it is possible to insert inside the basic cartridge and the outer diameter of the stabilizer to place the dust charge, just as with a normal mortar charge. The stabilizer is connected to the bottom of the dummy by a threaded connection - a connecting screw made of nylon or other plastic, which after leaving the barrel mainly cut, which separates the stabilizer from the bottom of the dummy and falls several meters, not more than tens of meters from the weapon.
The mass dummy bottom is designed so that from the side of the stabilizer connection it has the shape of a truncated cone with a thread for connection to the stabilizer by means of a shear bolt. From the side of the body block, it shall have an outer diameter designed to allow easy insertion of the bottom of the body block into the body. To this diameter, three small blind holes are drilled evenly distributed over the drainage for connection to the body. A groove is made on the surface of the dummy bottom for insertion of the firing fork. A cavity is formed in the bottom body for receiving the parachute, and an eye is screwed into the bottom of the cavity to attach a solid parachute jumper.
The body model body has an outer cylindrical shape with small stabilizing protrusions (nubs) in the front. On the side of the connection to the dummy bottom, a diameter is made inside, into which the dummy bottom is inserted. Fixing the dummy body with the bottom is realized by three small holes on the circumference evenly distributed, which are drilled together with the counterpart (dummy bottom). The connection itself is made up of pebble dust pins inserted into the holes. This way of connection ensures the cohesion of the body and the bottom only during charging. The pins burn when fired, thereby allowing these parts to separate after leaving the barrel. The cavity in the front part of the dummy serves to store the parachute and the hole for the screw fulfills the function of attaching the connecting cord by means of a screw.

Príklady uskutočnenia vynálezuDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Mínometný náboj s opakovane použiteľnou strelou na skúšky mínometov pozostáva zo stabilizátora i , ktorý je spojený spojovacou skrutkou 2 s dnom makety 3_, v dutine ktorého je vložený padák 6 , ktorý je pripevnený pomocou šnúr na pevnú prepojováciu padákovú šnúru 9, ktorá pomocou oka 4 a skrutky 8 spája dno makety 3 s telom makety 7, ktoré sú pri nabíjaní vzájomne fixované tromi kolíkmi z bezdymového prachu 5.A reusable projectile mortar cartridge consists of a stabilizer 1, which is connected by a connecting screw 2 to the bottom of the dummy 3, in the cavity of which a parachute 6 is inserted, which is fixed by means of cords the screws 8 connect the bottom of the dummy 3 to the dummy body 7, which are fixed together by three smokeless dust pins 5 during charging.
Popis funkcie pri výstrele:Description of the firing function:
Zapálená prachová náplň základnej náboj ky prenesie horenie na prachovú náplň umiestnenú na vonkajšom priemere stabilizátora 1.On the assembled spare hub is pushed the firing plug. The cartridge is inserted into the barrel of the mortar so that the stabilizer 1 and the greater part of the bottom of the dummy 3 are inside the barrel. The fork rests on the mouth mainly to fix the charge in the charging position. By pulling the fork out of the bottom groove with a long cord, the charge is released, which by its gravitational energy initiates a primer charge of the base cartridge. The ignited base cartridge charge transfers the combustion to the dust cartridge located on the outer diameter of the stabilizer 1.
The brittle connecting screw 2, which has a thread formed on the surface of the notch and is internally weakened by a hole, is cut shortly after leaving the barrel. Stabilizer I, due to air resistance, loses kinetic energy and falls to the ground.
Keďže kolíky z bezdymového prachu 5 zhoria ešte v hlavni, dno 3 a telo makety 7 držia spolu v dôsledku odporu vzduchu a gravitačnej sily z jednej strany a tlaku prachových splodín z druhej strany. As the smokeless dust pins 5 still burn in the barrel, the bottom 3 and the dummy body 7 hold together due to air resistance and gravitational force from one side and the pressure of the flue gases from the other side. After leaving the barrel, the force from the exhaust gases ceases to be applied and a surge of air occurs which forces the dummy bottom of the dummy 3 out of the body of the dummy 7 because a cavity is formed over the entire length of the body of the dummy.
The speed of movement of the bottom 3 is more reduced by the resistance of the air than the speed of the hollow body 7. Since these two parts are connected by a fixed cord 9, this ensures a reliable pulling of the parachute 6 from the cavities and its deployment. At the same time, the cord 9 in the next flight process inhibits the movement of both bodies and ensures a common impact of both parts on the ground.
All three main parts are made of structural steel, so as a rule they do not suffer serious damage when the ground is hampered. After their inspection or small repair, the parts can be reused for shooting.
Hlavné výhody použitia špeciálneho náhradného mínometného náboja:The main advantages of using a special replacement mortar cartridge:
The cost of producing one special replacement missile is comparable to the cost of producing one normal mortar missile, with a usability of 5 to 10 times higher.
Production is possible on conventional universal machine tools under normal machine production conditions.
3. Skúšky mínometov je možné vykonávať na krátkej strelnici do 250 m bez nutnosti vynakladania prostriedkov na prevoz a bez nákladov na prevádzku diaľkovej strelnice.3. Mortar tests can be carried out on a short range up to 250 m without the need to spend money on transport and without the cost of operating a long range.
