Hybridná ochrana nádob na odpad pozostáva z mechanickej zábrany (2), v ktorej je uložená nádoba (1) na odpad, pričom imitácia vodičov elektrického ohradníka (3) je vedená priamo alebo v tesnej blízkosti mechanickej zábrany (2). V súčasnosti sa na ochranu odpadu pred zverou používajú rôzne mechanické prostriedky, ako sú klietky, ochranné konštrukcie prípadne sú nádoby na odpad kotvené k podlahe, používajú sa aj elektrické oplôtky. V prípade mechanických riešení je nevýhoda v tom, že sa vyžaduje určitá disciplinovanosť od používateľov je potrebné, aby veka nádob zaisťovali, zamykali, dvere do klietok musia tak isto zatvárať. Tieto úkony v praxi robia používateľom problémy. Používateľa majú nato rôzne dôvody. Napríklad, chcú sa minimálne zdržiavať v priestore kde hrozí stret so zverou. Alebo sa jedná o používateľov z iných miest a vyhadzujú odpad mimo adresu svojho bydliska a nechcú, aby ich niekto videl pri vyhadzovaní. Elektrické oplôtky sú citlivé na údržbu, často sa stáva že sú na verejných priestranstvách nefunkčné. Užívatelia majú negatívne skúsenosti, lebo boli zasiahnutý elektrickým prúdom. Preto sa stáva, že samotný obyvatelia tieto elektrické oplôtky uvádzajú do potrebného stavu. Hore uvedené systémy sú účinné pri ochrane pred zverou, ale vykazujú nedostatky pre používateľov. Je pravda, že ich účinnosť znižuje ľudská lenivosť, strach a podobne. Tieto dôvody používateľov je potrebné akceptovať a ich požiadavky premietnuť do technických riešení. Therefore, it happens that the residents themselves put these electric fences in the necessary condition. The above systems are effective in protecting against wild animals, but have drawbacks for users. It is true that their effectiveness is reduced by human laziness, fear and the like. These user reasons must be accepted and their requirements reflected in technical solutions. Combinations of mechanical solutions and electrical solutions are commonly used, but also with their disadvantages for users.

Podstatu vynálezu tvorí hybridná ochrana nádob na odpad, ktorá chráni nádobu na odpad pred zverou kombináciou mechaniky a psychologickej bariéry. Mechaniku zastupuje zariadenie na fixovanie kontajnera, či už sa jedná o 1 100 litrový, 120 litrový, alebo o 50 litrový stojací pri chodníku v parku. Mechaniku ďalej zastupuje imitácia elektrického oplôtku v podobe vodičov, napríklad vo forme pružín, laniek, ktoré nepotrebuje žiadne izolátory a sú priamo pripevnené k mechanickej ochrane nádoby. Ďalšia mechanická časť je zariadenie na reprodukciu zvuku, na túto úlohu postačí aspoň jeden reproduktor, ktorý je napojení na zdroj zvuku a tvoria spolu vysielací modul, ktorý môže byť ovládaný cez rôzne časovače a modul tak strieda vysielače a pohotovostné stavy. Mechanické fixovače, zábrany dávajú určitú stabilitu pre prípad, že napríklad medveď bude ignorovať psychologickú bariéru.
