SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

This object is achieved by a collapsible box according to the invention, which is based on the fact that the box comprises in particular a prismatic outer box open on its front side and on its rear side, a plug-in insertable into and outwardly extending therefrom, the receptacle and / or the receptacle is provided on at least one of its walls with a projection extending above the partition between the outer receptacle and the receptacle, and the receptacle and / or outer receptacle is provided with a recess cooperating in the retracted state with the projection of the opposing part.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the projection is in the form of an indentation tongue bounded by perforation. In this case, after the necessary packaging has been formed and also after insertion of the plug-in part into the outer receptacle, it is possible to push a portion of the packaging in the form of a tongue by breaking the connecting bridges between the perforations inwards manually or by means of the appropriate device.

The recess may be formed, for example, in the form of a recess. These overhangs can be formed in the manufacture of the box at a low production cost, since they do not require any additional work operations. The recesses formed in the form of embossments may be sufficient to accomplish the desired task.

The recess may also be formed in the form of an opening which is formed in the same way already in the manufacture of the box folding blank, without the need for a further manufacturing operation to be included in the manufacturing process. The opening may be in the form of a narrow opening and therefore does not interfere with the inside of the plug-in part.

The protrusion and recess may be formed at any location of the plug-in part and the outer receptacle. However, it is particularly advantageous if the projection and the recess opposite it are formed in both side walls and in particular in the region of the trailing edge of these side walls of the box.

In the opposite direction, however, there is nothing to prevent the extension of the plug-in part 5, since the bent tab 15 can return to its original position.

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the depression is formed in the form of a die cut area, i.e. in the form of an opening 17. However, to achieve the desired effect, it may be sufficient to provide a crimp in which the outer surface of the side wall 6 is formed with a recess. Especially in the case of very small objects, such an indentation may even be advantageous.

Also, the tongue protrusion 15 could be formed in the form of a crimp, after which the protrusion would also be formed on the inner side of the outer receptacle 7. Also, this inner protrusion could be formed with an obliquely extending surface, similar to a crimp formed in the side wall of the plug-in portion 5.

While in the illustrated embodiment a protrusion is formed on the inner side of the outer receptacle 7 and a recess is formed on the outer side of the plug-in part 5, it would of course also be possible to reverse the recess and the protrusion. In such a case, a projection would be formed on the outside of the side wall and a recess on the inside of the receptacle. However, the illustrated embodiment is considered to be more advantageous because the tongue protrusion 15 can be formed after the box has been formed by applying pressure from the outside to the inside.
