Oblasť technikyThe field of technology
The technical solution refers to composite wooden cladding for the aesthetic covering of the facade of a wall, concrete surface or other structures and belongs to the technical field of materials intended for the decoration of premises, especially an apartment or house.
Doterajší stav technikyCurrent state of the art
Wood and wood-based materials are still used not only in furnishing interiors, manufacturing furniture and home accessories, but also in the production of wall coverings. The appearance of the interior, and thus also its architectural effect, can be significantly changed with a properly made covering. In the interior, especially cassette or board wooden coverings, they have an aesthetic and decorative effect. Such cladding is mainly made of solid wood with straight or bevelled edges or laminated wood material. The laminated wood material is composed of several layers of veneers with a thickness of approximately 3 mm glued together with a polymer, which are made from the wood of coniferous trees, especially spruce and pine. In the case of low paneling, the tongue boards are connected with grooved plinths and top cover strips, which are also used to fasten them. Before tiling wood with tongue and groove, it is necessary to first prepare a base grid of wooden prisms, which are placed on the wall in both horizontal and vertical directions, approximately at a distance of 50 to 80 cm from each other. Subsequently, the lining of the first board is fixed to the grate, while others are attached to it with nails or screws. The boards are also nailed to the slats fixed on the base. If the fastening is not to be seen, profiled staples or mounting plates are used to fasten their groove under the tongue of the joint. However, the mentioned technical solutions require a large consumption of expensive and rare wood material for cladding. Visible fixing holes are unsightly and damage the finish of the tiling. Claddings made of wood or laminated wood massif and their underlying grating made of wooden prisms have a short lifespan and require a large consumption and insufficient wood mass, which makes them scarcely available and economically expensive.
Utility model CN2270616 (Y) describes a multi-layer composite veneer parquet wood floor that is formed by pressing a panel and a bottom board through an adhesive, the panel being square with patterns and formed by joining polygonal geometric wood boards. The bottom plate is square, the size of the bottom plate is the same as the size of the panel, and the bottom plate is made by cross-jointing and gluing multi-layer rotary cut veneers. The number of connecting layers of the bottom plate is 2 to 25. The utility pattern can be used for a long time without deformation. At the same time, it has different patterns, and the floor created with such a utilitarian pattern is more elegant and colorful. However, the technical solution is only focused on the creation of a multi-layer composite square tiling parquet wooden floor with a special design, without solving its simple mechanical fastening to the tiled surface, therefore it is not even similar to the presented technical solution.
V úžitkovom vzore CN2222759Y sa opisuje kompozitná vláknitá, cementová a drevená lícová doska, zložená z vlákno cementovej základnej dosky a vrchnej parketovej drevenej lícovej vrstvy laminovanej dohromady. Zároveň je ich vrchná drevená lícová vrstva s hrúbkou 3 mm až 10 mm spájaná rôznymi pravidelnými geometrickými vzormi, zloženými z malých drevených pásikov. Parketa má vzhľad obkladu s dobrou pevnosťou v tuhosti, ohňovzdornosť a odolnosť proti vlhkosti s peknými, elegantnými kresbami dreva. Utility model CN2222759Y describes a composite fibre-cement-wood facing board, composed of a fibre-cement base board and a top parquet wood facing layer laminated together. At the same time, their upper wooden facing layer with a thickness of 3 mm to 10 mm is connected by various regular geometric patterns, composed of small wooden strips. Parquet has the appearance of a tile with good rigidity, fire resistance and moisture resistance with nice, elegant wood patterns. Parquets as tiles according to this utility pattern can be easily cut and shaped, can be directly glued and laid on the floor and wall surface, and are a usable architectural decoration material. The mentioned technical solution does not have the character of a board shape and is aimed only at creating a multi-layer composite parquet wooden floor with a special design by gluing it to the base, as a result of which it has a longer life. Also, such a technical solution is without solving the simple mechanical fastening of the cladding to the tiled surface, therefore it is not even similar to the presented technical solution.
Podstata technického riešeniaThe essence of the technical solution
Podstatou technického riešenia je, že na cementovej doske sú spojovacie prvky zrkadlovo upevnené do tvaru zvonku otvorených drážok, pričom na náprotivnej strane cementovej dosky sú vzájomne od jej okraja posunuté o hrúbku upevňovacieho výbežkuThe technical solution of the composite wooden cladding of the facade of the wall, concrete surface or other constructions in interiors and exteriors, consisting of cladding boards, i.e. j. wooden veneer with a surface treated with varnish or oil, cement board and connecting elements in the shape of the letter L, mounted on prisms. The essence of the technical solution is that the connecting elements are mirror-fixed on the cement board in the form of grooves open from the outside, while on the opposite side of the cement board they are mutually offset from its edge by the thickness of the fastening projection
SK 38-2024 U1 vnútorného pera spojovacieho prvku s hranolom.SK 38-2024 U1 of the inner spring of the connecting element with prism.
It is advantageous if a flexible strip is installed on at least one side of the cement board in the connecting element.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the prisms are made of plastic or recycled plastic and if a depression of the protrusion of the inner tongue of the connecting element is created in the prism.
Since the presented technical solution contains a fastening cement board with a thin veneer, under which an air heat-insulating gap is created between adjacent connecting elements, such a technical solution, compared to the technical state described in the previous state, is characterized by only a small heat removal from heated rooms and requires less a heat source that will ensure a stable and rapid achievement of the required temperature in the room in a short time, thereby increasing the user's thermal comfort. At the same time, the technical solution removes the shortcomings of solid or layered wood, it is more stable in shape, does not crack and has a significantly longer service life compared to them, while significantly saving with insufficient wood material. In addition, such a technical solution is structurally simple, requires easier and faster assembly, which makes it less costly.

A concrete example of the implementation of composite wooden cladding of the facade of a wall, concrete surface or other structures in interiors and exteriors according to the technical solution is shown in the attached drawings, where it is shown in fig. 1 is a front view of a pair of facing boards mounted on three prisms fixed in the notches of the facing wall or concrete surface, in fig. 2 view of the transverse or longitudinal cross-section of the profile shape of the cladding board and in fig. 3 view of the cross-section of the joint of a pair of adjacent cladding boards mounted in a prism fixed in the recess of the cladding wall or concrete surface.
18 °C, na vrstve polyuretánového rozpúšťadlového reaktívneho lepidla na cementovo vláknitú betónovú dosku 2 o hrúbke 3,5 až 20 mm.The concrete, most commonly used example of the implementation of composite wooden cladding for the aesthetic covering of the facade of a wall, concrete surface or other constructions according to the technical solution is shown in the attached fig. 1 to fig. 3. From the above illustrations, it follows that the composite wooden cladding of the facade of a wall, concrete surface or other structures in interiors and exteriors is formed by cladding boards made of wood veneer 1, cement board 2 and connecting elements 5 in the shape of the letter L, mounted on prisms. On the cement board 2, the connecting elements 5 are mirror-fixed in the form of grooves open from the outside, while on the opposite side of the cement board 2 they are mutually offset from its edge by the thickness of the fastening protrusion 8 of the inner tongue 6 of the connecting element 5 with the prism 3. The surface of the wooden veneer is made of exotic wood or hardwood, e.g. from oak, beech, etc., with a thickness of 0.6 to 4 mm and is treated with varnish or oil on the outside in a commonly known way, and on the opposite side it is flat pressed by the manufacturer at low pressure, e.g. approx. 1 MPa, during 10 min. at normal temperature min. 18 °C, on a layer of polyurethane solvent reactive adhesive for cement fiber concrete board 2 with a thickness of 3.5 to 20 mm.
Pred samotnou montážou kompozitného dreveného obkladu na estetické zakrytie fasády múru, betónovej plochy alebo iných konštrukcií podľa technického riešenia je nutné pripraviť obkladanú stenu. Tá musí byť suchá, bez akýchkoľvek plesní a ideálne úplne rovná. Before the assembly of the composite wooden cladding for the aesthetic covering of the facade of the wall, concrete surface or other constructions according to the technical solution, it is necessary to prepare the tiled wall. It must be dry, without any mold and ideally completely flat. If there are unevennesses by chance, these can be compensated by the underlying construction, i.e. j. in the grooves of the tiled base with a recessed grid of prisms 3, made, e.g. made of plastic, especially recycled, wood, etc., with intervals of 50 to 80 cm, ideally both transversely and longitudinally. Fixing of prisms 3 in the grooves of the tiled base is by commonly known methods, e.g. screws and/or gluing with ordinary tile adhesive.
Následne sa zasunie do výbežkov upevňovacích vnútorných pier 6 z druhej strany aspoň dvojica spojovacích prvkov 5 ďalšej susediacej obkladovej dosky k prvej obkladovej doske. The composite wooden cladding is installed in a known manner in the recesses of the wall or concrete surface 4 on the grid of prisms 3 from the corner of the cladding in such a way that the fastening internal springs 6, which can be disassembled via the fastening protrusion 8, are inserted into at least a pair of connecting elements 5 of the first cladding board on one side they are fixed in the prisms 3 with a screw 9. Subsequently, at least a pair of connecting elements 5 of the next adjacent cladding board to the first cladding board are inserted into the protrusions of the fastening inner springs 6 from the other side.
Ďalší nezobrazený príklad uskutočnenia kompozitného dreveného obkladu na estetické zakrytie fasády múru alebo betónovej plochy alebo iných konštrukcií podľa technického riešenia je vytvorený už skôr opísaním uskutočnením a nalepením nezobrazenej úzkej obojstrannej polyesterovej pásky s akrylovým lepidlom a vonkajším krycím krúžkom, napr. s ozn. 3M obojstranná lepiaca páska so šírkou 5 mm a pod.,Another, not shown, example of the implementation of composite wooden cladding for the aesthetic covering of the facade of a wall or concrete surface or other constructions according to the technical solution is created by the previously described implementation and gluing of a narrow, double-sided polyester tape, not shown, with acrylic glue and an outer cover ring, e.g. with mark 3M double-sided adhesive tape with a width of 5 mm etc.,
SK 38-2024 U1 zospodu na spojovacích prvkoch 5.SK 38-2024 U1 from below on connecting elements 5.
Nános by mal byť cca. In this method, the composite wooden cladding is placed in the recesses of the wall or concrete surface 4 on the grid of prisms 3 from the corner of the tiled surface, so that for the first cladding board on the grid of prisms 3, in the position between its connecting elements 5, it is applied to the tiled surface with dried impregnation coating, glue, silicone or mounting polyurethane foam. At the same time, these adhesives are applied only to surfaces that can be covered with the tile during installation. Common adhesives suitable for joining concrete surfaces on an epoxy or polyurethane base are used, e.g. using a wide toothed spatula, most often marked as Rll or Bil. The deposit should be approx. 800 - 900 g/m 2 depending on the absorbency, flatness and structure of the substrate. Subsequently, the outer covering strip of double-sided polyester tape, not shown, is removed from the connecting elements 5 and the board is glued to the grid of prisms 3 and to the applied connecting glue or polyurethane foam. Then, on one side, the fixing internal springs 6 are inserted into at least a pair of connecting elements 5 of the first cladding board, which are removably fixed with a screw 9 to the prisms 3 through the fixing protrusion 8, and then at least a pair of connecting elements 5 of the next are inserted into the protrusions of the fixing inner lips 6 from the other side of the adjacent cladding board to the first cladding board.
In both described examples of execution, the laying of the cladding mostly begins with the longitudinal arrangement and longitudinal adjustment of the cladding boards of their first row near the wall between the opposite corners of the room in question. Subsequently, the tiles are moved away from the wall and fixed. Next, other adjacent rows of cladding are gradually attached to them in the previously described ways.
The described and illustrated examples of implementation are not the only possible implementations of the composite wooden cladding of the facade of a wall, concrete surface or other constructions in interiors and exteriors according to this technical solution, because in order to improve the pressure of the connection in the connecting element 5, the cement board 2 can be fitted with at least one sides elastic strip 7. e.g. from rubber and so on. Further, in the prism 3, an unillustrated guiding depression of the projection 8 of the inner tongue 6 of the connecting element 5 can be created. Also, the self-adhesive double-sided polyester tape can have a strong adhesive polyacrylate adhesive applied on both sides. The technical solution of the composite wooden cladding of the facade of a wall, concrete surface or other constructions in interiors and exteriors also includes all possible combinations resulting from its protection requirements.
Priemyselná využiteľnosťIndustrial applicability
Kompozitný drevený obklad fasády múru, betónovej plochy alebo iných konštrukcií v interiéroch a exteriéroch je vhodný, najmä do priestorov vyžadujúcich zvýšenú mechanickú odolnosť povrchu múrov, odolnosť proti vlhkosti, tepelnú alebo zvukovú izoláciu, nachádzajúcich sa hlavne v divadlách, kinosálach, hudobných sieňach a pod. Taktiež je ho možné použiť v reštauračných priestoroch na zvýšenie ochrany ich povrchov a jednoduchšie udržiavanie hygieny v nemocniciach, školách, chodbách, telocvičniach, kúpeľniach, kanceláriách, obytných domoch, bytová pod.Composite wooden cladding of the facade of a wall, concrete surface or other structures in interiors and exteriors is suitable, especially for spaces requiring increased mechanical resistance of the wall surface, moisture resistance, heat or sound insulation, found mainly in theaters, cinema halls, music halls, etc. It can also be used in restaurant areas to increase the protection of their surfaces and make it easier to maintain hygiene in hospitals, schools, corridors, gyms, bathrooms, offices, residential buildings, apartment buildings.
