Description
Oblasť technikyTechnical field
Vynález sa týka konštrukčného riešenia trecieho horninového svorníka na spevňovanie a kotvenie horninového masívu, najmä pri tunelovaní a razení podzemných diel. The invention relates to a structural design of a frictional rock bolt for solidification and anchoring of rock mass, especially in tunneling and excavation of underground structures.
Doterajší stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Existuje rad rôznych typov svorníkov na spevňovanie a kotvenie hornín, t. j. na udržanie súdržnosti horninového masívu, ktorého súdržnosť je zvolňovaná pri tunelovaní, razení podzemných diel a vykonávaní niektorých zemných prác. Jednu konkrétnu skupinu svorníkov tvoria trecie (fikčné) horninové svorníky, ktoré sa zapravujú do vrtov v horninovom masíve a súdržnosť horniny zaisťujú vyvodením trecej sily kotevnej časti svorníka o stenu vrtu. Komerčne najznámejší v tejto skupine svorníkov je trecí horninový svorník typu Swellex. Známe sú rovnako svorníky s komerčnými názvami Split-set, Rock-Nail, Cotter-pin, Pipe anchor, Pipe bolt a BOLTEX. K najnovším riešeniam trecích svorníkov sa radí potom systém horninových svorníkov podľa medzinárodnej patentovej prihlášky č. PCT/AU91/00315. There are a number of different types of bolts for strengthening and anchoring rocks, i. j. to maintain the cohesion of the rock mass, the cohesion of which is slowed down during tunneling, excavation of underground works and the execution of certain earthworks. One particular group of bolts consists of friction (fictional) rock bolts, which are incorporated into boreholes in the rock mass and ensure the cohesion of the rock by applying the frictional force of the anchoring part of the bolt to the wall of the borehole. The Swellex friction rock bolt is the most commercially known in this group of bolts. Knobs are also known with the commercial names Split-set, Rock-Nail, Cotter-pin, Pipe anchor, Pipe bolt and BOLTEX. The latest solutions of friction bolts include the rock bolt system according to international patent application no. PCT / AU91 / 00315th All these known friction rock bolts have one main common feature, which is the technical solution of the anchoring part, which is formed by one tube of different cross-section, either closed or open, longitudinally collapsed or crushed in different shapes. The anchoring effect of these known bolts is achieved by frictional force on the circumferential surface of these tubular bodies due to the expansion of the tube. The frictional resistance due to expansion is utilized either at the point of direct contact of the expanded tube with the borehole wall, or indirectly by means of an additional sheath around the expansion tube, which is formed, for example, by a longitudinally cut tube. A disadvantage of this known construction system of friction rock bolts is their limited strength, t. j. bearing capacity of bolts. The load-bearing capacity of the bolt depends on the cross-sectional area of the expansion tube of the anchoring part, possibly increased by the expansion sleeve and the strength of the steel of the expansion tube and the expansion sleeve. The choice of the cross-sectional size of the expansion tube is also limited by the possible diameter of the tube for the borehole and the wall thickness of its jacket allowing expansion of the tube in the borehole by the pressurized medium supplied by the bolt anchoring. The achievable carrying capacity of these bolts is often insufficient for their use in demanding geological conditions. By using higher-grade steels for the production of expansion tubes of the solid bodies, it is possible to increase the bearing capacity of the bolt, but only to a certain limit for these reasons. Higher quality steels with higher strength are more expensive, which increases the price of bolts with higher load capacity. However, higher quality steels with higher strength are characterized by worse ductility, which makes it difficult to manufacture both the collapsed expansion tube shapes of higher-quality steels and their expansion in the borehole to the required volume.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
These disadvantages are overcome by the novel design of the friction rock bolt according to the invention. The solution is based on the known physical fact that the amount of frictional resistance between two contacting bodies is not dependent on the size of the contact surfaces of the bodies, but only on the contact force applied between them and the coefficient of friction of the contact surfaces of the bodies. The principle of a friction rock bolt according to the invention which comprises an anchor part and a head part or only an anchor part consists in that its anchor part is formed by one or more full cross-sectional associated rods and parallel expansion element for pressing the rod or rods against well wall. It is furthermore an object of the invention that the pressure expanding element of the rod is formed by a closed tube which is equipped with a filling end and for the placement of each anchor rod by the longitudinally rolled corrugation of the groove-shaped tube cross-section. The invention is also based on the fact that the rod can be provided with a nut thread and a thrust washer at the end of its head part and that in the embodiment of the bolt anchor part with two or more anchor rods, their ends in the head part and the filling end of the expanding element are It is common to the saddle that the bars with the expanding element can be joined together in the head portion of the filling end of the expanding element, wherein the surface of the anchor rods can be provided with ribs to increase the anchoring effect.
Tieto budú mať všetky výhody jednak súčasných trecích svorníkov, tzn. rýchle, spoľahlivé a účinné kotvenie a jednak výhody veľkej nosnosti súčasných tyčových svorníkov a možnosťou využitia akéhokoľvek materiálu plného prierezu. The inventive friction rock bolt solution according to the invention is obviously much more advantageous than the prior art solutions, since it allows to achieve a theoretically unlimited load-bearing capacity of the bolt. With a truly achievable coefficient of friction 1, by ribbing the surface of the bolt anchoring part rods, the design of its bearing capacity will be limited by virtually the maximum possible number of bolt anchoring rods positioned together with the expansion element in the borehole. Based on this solution, it is possible to create a whole new generation of friction rock bolts with a relatively accurately designed necessary load-bearing capacity. These will have all the advantages of the present friction bolts, ie. fast, reliable and efficient anchoring, as well as the advantages of the large load-bearing capacity of current bar studs and the possibility of using any material of full cross-section.

Príklad uskutočnenia vy nálezuExemplary embodiment of the invention
Trecí horninový svorník podľa vynálezu má ako každý iný svorník kotevnú časť umiestnenú vo vrte a hlavovú časť pred ústím vrtu. 1 a 7. 3 a 5. 2, 4 a 6. 2, 6 a 8. 3,4, 7, 8, 9 a 10, napr. vyrobených z rebierkovej ocele. The friction rock bolt according to the invention has, like any other bolt, an anchoring part located in the borehole and a head part in front of the borehole. In the simplest embodiment, the anchoring part of the bolt is formed by a single bar 1 of solid cross-section and an expanding element 2, which is a thin-walled tube 3, whose circular cross-section is rolled into a crescent shape so as to form a longitudinal groove 4 the rod 1 as shown in FIG. 1 and 7. The tube 3 is welded at the end of the anchoring part of the bolt and provided with a filling end 5 and a rod 1 with an external thread 6 with a nut 11 for tightening the borehole 13 overlay 12 as shown in FIG. 9. In order to achieve greater bearing capacity of the friction bolts, their anchoring part is formed by a plurality of bars of solid cross-section, e.g. In this case, the thin-walled tube 3, but with a collapsed cross-section in the shape of a cloverleaf, cloverleaf or multi-cloverleaf, will be closed in a straight line. In their grooves 4, a corresponding number of rods 1 is disposed, similar to the embodiment of the anchoring portion of a single rod bolt 1, as shown in FIG. 3 and 5. The rods 1 together with the feed end 5 of the tube 3 are, for example, fixed in a common spherical seat 7 by which the washer 12 is pressed against the borehole mouth 13, as shown in FIG. 10. The interconnection of the rods 1 with the expansion element 2, i.e. the tube 3, can be effected by a sleeve 8 at the end of the anchoring part of the bolt and by the head 9 of the filling end 5 of the tube 3 as shown in FIG. 11 or only the head 9. The expansion element 2 in the form of a pipe 3 as described is expanded hydraulically by means of pressurized water into the shapes shown in FIG. 2, 4 and 6. It can also be expanded by the medium in the tube 3 in the shape of FIG. 7 by expanding the chemical reaction and causing it to expand into shape as shown in FIG. 8. The expansion element 2 can be designed for special conditions in the form of a mechanical pressing device, e.g. as a screw with clamping wedges or jaws. By supplying the hydraulic medium to the tube 3 or by the reaction of the chemical medium in the tube 3, its volume is increased and thereby the rod or rods 1 are pressed against the wall of the borehole 13. When the bolt anchoring part is made with one rod 1 and four rods 1 to the extent that it is also pressed against the wall of the borehole 13, as shown in FIG. 2, 6 and 8. This increases the contact area of the bolt with the bore 13, which results in a reduced slip in the bore 13. The friction bolts of the invention achieve an anchor effect proportional to the sum of the strengths of the bars 1 and the expansion element 2 and their interface. The highest coefficient of friction can be achieved by using the rods 1 and the ribbed surface as shown in FIG. 3,4, 7, 8, 9 and 10, e.g. made of ribbed steel.
Priemyselná využiteľnosťIndustrial usability

Vynález je preto použiteľný pri výrobe tyčových vystužovacich zariadení potrebných v rudnom a uhoľnom baníctve a podzemnom staviteľstve hlavne pri výstavbe tunelov a podzemných diel a spevňovaní svahov. The solution according to the invention is useful in the construction of improved friction rock bolts for rock reinforcement and anchoring.
