Device consists of throttling accelerating nozzle which is produced by tapered surface of inlet gas (3), which is solid and of tapered surface of inlet liquid (4), wherein system of opening inlets of liquid (5) is situated. Tapered surface of the inlet gas (3) and tapered surface of the inlet liquid (4) are against each other axially converted.
