Sterilné kultivačné médium s pH 2,7 až 2,8 sa v 1001 fermentore zaočkuje s 2 až 3 % obj. 40 až 48 hodinového inokula kmeňa Aspergillus niger CCM 8210 a kultivuje sa pri teplote 32 až 33 °C, obvodovej rýchlosti miešadla do 5.2 m.s1 a vzdušnení 0,2 až 0,35 VVM počas 155 až 160 hodín.
