Abstract

A packer has got two fundamental constructional units; a mechanism for revolving of a packed product and a mechanism for feeding of a packing material. Wrapping arms construction, being composed of a revolving and linear arm, allows packing of variety products being sizable and having a minimum inside hole. The shape and size of such products may vary.

The packaging device falls within the area of the packaging device by wrapping the wrapping material through the opening of the wrapped product.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

At present, wrapping by wrapping the wrapping material through the aperture of the wrapped product is done by hand or by complex wrapping devices that are often part of the production line. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The above disadvantages are overcome by the device according to the invention. The packaging device consists of two basic assemblies, namely a mechanism for rotating the packaged product and a mechanism for feeding the packaging material.

The mechanism for rotating the packaged product is welded from the profiles, on the upper part of the frame are mounted cylinders with drive as guiding surfaces of the guiding mechanism for feeding the packaged product. Sliding material is attached at the bottom. A lifting device is anchored in the center of the weldment for vertically adjusting the wrapping mechanism.

The packing material feeding mechanism consists of a carrier part and a wrapping arm mechanism, i.e. a sliding arm and a swivel arm. This mechanism has a swivel arm support attached at the top. The handling part of the swivel arm performs a rocking motion by means of a pneumatic drive. It has a retaining mechanism to catch the packaging material. The wrapping material gripped by the pivot arm winds the packaged product from the outside, then is handed over to the mechanism for engaging it on the rectilinear arm that passes the wrapping material through the opening of the packaged product. The rectilinear arm is slidably mounted on the wrapping arm mechanism and performs a linear movement by means of a pneumatic roller. By wrapping the wrapping material between the straight arm and the pivot arm while the packaged product is rotated, the wrapping operation takes place.

The design of the wrapping arms, which is a swivel arm and a straight arm, makes it possible to package a range of products with a minimal opening in them and with large external dimensions, the shape of the products and their dimensions being variable.

The packaging unit includes a control panel.

The advantage of the packaging device according to the invention is, in particular, that its use will increase the quality of the packaging of the products with the opening, reduce the strain on the packaging, increase safety at work and significantly increase the aesthetic appearance of the packaged product and improve its packaging function.
