Description

Kartónová krabica je určená na balenie najmä kusového tovaru. Plášť je tvorený pravouhlou dnovou plochou kde chlopne sú prispôsobené na trvalé uzavretie a vystupujú zo stien, ktorých sú súčasťou. Steny sú spolu spojené zlepovacou chlopňou.The carton box is designed for packing especially piece goods. Na balenie kusového tovaru sa bežne používajú dvojdielne krabice pozostávajúce z dolnej časti a veka. Veko sa však pri manipulácii s krabicou môže samovoľne oddeliť a pri vyberaní tovaru je nutné manipulovať s vekom ako so samostatnou časťou, ktorá zaberá pôdorys manipulačného priestoru. Niekedy býva veko pevne spojené s dolnou časťou a od dolnej časti sa iba odklopí. Tu síce veko zostáva aj po odklopení súčasti dolnej časti krabice. Krabica však po odklopení veka, rovnako ako v predchádzajúcom prípade, je náchylnejšia na deformáciu. Takto riešené krabice získajú opäť stabilitu až po priklopení veka k dolnej časti.Two-piece boxes consisting of a lower part and a lid are commonly used for the packaging of piece goods. Sú známe krabice, ktoré majú odklopné veko a napriek tomu sa vyznačujú značnou tuhosťou aj po jeho odklopení. Takéto krabice sa napríklad používajú na balenie cigariet. Pri vyberaní tovaru, v tomto prípade cigarety, býva takto riešený obal v zásade držaný v ruke. Je určený len na vyberanie tovaru k okamžitej spotrebe. S opätovným vkladaním tovarov sa preto nepočíta. Rovnako týmto spôsobom sú riešené aj niektoré obaly na cukríky. Na balenie kusového tovaru, ktoré bude potrebné opakovane vybrať a opäť do krabice vložiť, napríklad v obchode pri jeho predvádzaní alebo kontrole, sa takto riešený obal nehodí.Boxes are known which have a hinged lid and nevertheless exhibit considerable stiffness even after it has been folded out. Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Vynálezom je kartónová krabica určená na balenie najmä kusového tovaru, ktorej plášť je tvorený pravouhlou dnovou plochou. Chlopne tvoriace dnovú plochu sú prispôsobené na trvalé uzatvoreniu a vystupujú zo stien, ktorých sú súčasťou. Steny sú spolu spojené zlepovacou chlopňou. Obal je určený na opakované otváranie ako aj na vyberanie a vkladanie kusového tovaru. Na strane protiľahlej ku dnovej ploche sú vzájomne protiľahlé čelné steny čiastočne skosené a na čele zakončené obdĺžnikovými chlopňami. Vonkajšia obdĺžniková chlopňa je zakončená jazykom a vnútorná obdĺžniková chlopňa jazyka zodpovedajúcim prestrihom. Bočné steny priliehajú voľnými koncami ku skoseniam čelných stien a sú zakončené do seba zaklinenými výrezmi. Takto riešená kartónová krabica je ľahko otvárateľná, tovar sa dá vybrať a opäť vložiť späť do krabice bez toho, aby krabica stratila stabilitu. Po uzatvorení je vonkajšia obdĺžniková chlopňa fixovaná jazykom zasunutým do prestrihu vo vnútornej obdĺžnikovej klope. Takto spojené obdĺžnikové chlopne bránia samovoľnému rozpojeniu voľných koncov bočných stien do seba zakliesnutými výrezmi. Voľné konce bočných stien priliehajú k skoseniu čelných stien.The invention is a cardboard box intended for packaging, in particular, piece goods, the shell of which is formed by a rectangular bottom surface. The rectangular flaps connected in this way prevent the free ends of the side walls from spontaneously disengaging with the interlocking notches. The free ends of the side walls abut the bevels of the front walls.

Na strane protiľahlej dnovej ploche 3 sú vzájomne protiľahlé čelné steny 1 čiastočne skosené a na čele zakončené obdĺžnikovými chlopňami 12, 13. A carton box intended for packaging, in particular, piece goods, the casing of which consists of a rectangular bottom surface (3), wherein the flaps (31, 32, 33, 34) are adapted to be permanently closed and protrude from the walls (1, 2) of which they are part; wherein the walls (1, 2) are joined together by an adhesive flap (11), characterized in that on the side opposite to the bottom surface (3) the opposing faces (1) are partially tapered and terminated by rectangular flaps (12, 13) ), wherein the outer rectangular flap (13) terminates in the tongue (14) and the inner rectangular flap (12) of the tongue (14) with corresponding cuts (16), the side walls (2) abutting free ends (21) to the chamfers (17) walls (1) and terminate in interlocking slits (22).
