Abstract

Sanitary polyfunctional equipment is created as a box with a supporting frame from metal rod sections. The frame is lagged with light-walled boards. The box is pushed in a head of a bed (53) and is attached to the bed. Drawers (13) are created in a bottom part of the box. Cups (47), bottles (46), clips of pockets (51), boxes (45) and auxiliary shelves (32, 33, 34) for placing of daily personal, hygienic, sanitary and technical necessaries of a patient and personnel are situated on the frame, on the internal and external sides of sheathing. A water container is situated in the overhead part of the box and a container (20) for collection of waste water and urine is situated in the bottom part of the box. Exercise, rehabilitation equipments and means (38, 42, 60, 62) are mounted on the box in a movable or fixed way.

Medical-technical multifunctional equipment

Technical field

The present invention relates to the design of a sanitary technical multifunctional device (hereinafter referred to as "ZPZ"); its applicability belongs to the health sector and to its gravitational fields, such as: manufacture of medical devices, manufacture of rehabilitation aids and devices; It is particularly useful in the treatment of wholly or partially immobilized bedridden patients, as well as in the rehabilitation processes of patients e.g. in post-traumatic conditions.

ZPZ is intended for supplementary technical equipment of beds of hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, nursing homes, geriatric institutions, retirement homes, but also for home treatment of immobile patients.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The basic bed assembly used so far for the immobilized patient lying in the short term as well as in the long term in health care facilities or in the home is generally known and most often consists of: a bed with a free table. It serves to postpone and store the basic everyday needs of the patient. Another element of equipment is the so-called. metal gallows, placed above the head or at the patient's feet. He's fastened to the bed. Furthermore, it is usually: a wall or table lamp, controllable from the patient's reach, an audible signal to invite the operator, eventually. a microphone for verbal communication, a device for controlling the position and inclination of the bed or part thereof. These are usually sufficient equipment for mobile patients. Immobile patients require increased care and assistance from nursing staff and have increased demands for additional bed facilities and equipment.

For the immobile patients, some additional bedside devices have been developed and used. These include: protective rail on the sides of the bed, preventing the patient from falling, infusion, respectively. transfusion rod fixed to the bed, bottle with liquid attached to the gallows, device for bathing the patient in bed, use of portable toilet bowl to the patient bed. The above-mentioned basic and supplementary facilities significantly serve the immobile patient and the staff and facilitate their bed stay.

Solutions and equipment with sophisticated medical medical devices and equipment that are equipped with special hospital wards are also known, usually for the treatment of acute medical conditions of the patient. They are stably installed in the immediate vicinity of the bed or on the walls near the beds, or they are designed as mobile and, if necessary, they are temporarily installed to the patient's bed for medical purposes or the patient is brought to special nursing facilities. even with a bed.

The disadvantage of the present solutions is that only in individual areas they do not complicate and to a limited extent meet the requirements for long-term treatment and rehabilitation exercises of the immobile patient. The patient is dependent on all day-to-day needs for the continued care of nursing staff in health care institutions or family members during home care, depending on the degree of immobility.

An overview of the basic as well as complementary medical technology intended for healthcare and nursing care for immobile patients, which is currently produced in Slovakia and abroad, is given by: relevant literature, catalogs and prospectuses of manufacturers of medical devices and corresponding patent literature. These include:

It is apparent from the aforementioned documents and from the personal experience of the immobile patient that the manufacture and use of the medical-technical multifunctional device as described in this proposal is not yet known.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is based on the design of a sanitary polyfunctional device and is formed as a spatial cell with a rigid metal skeleton (Fig. 1), which is covered by thin plates on the sides, ceiling and back (Fig. 2). The cell is mounted from the forehead to the patient's bed and mechanically clamped to it.

On the rigid skeleton of the cell, storage drawers are provided on the sides, and on its ceiling as well as on its inner and outer surfaces of the cladding are fastening elements for fitting fixtures, bags, crabs and shelves to accommodate and store the patient's everyday needs: personal, hygienic, technical, health work items, fluids and food for the needs of the patient and nursing staff. The integrated function of a ZPZ cell may be to equip it with permanently fitted rehabilitation - exercise equipment, objects or aids and articles to which such rehabilitation articles and equipment are temporarily attached for exercise purposes. Such equipment is designed especially for exercises and rehabilitation processes in post-traumatic conditions of the patient.

The ZPZ is designed and designed as a supplementary device to the bed of an immobile patient, while the use of the existing "gallows" and other developed and used devices for immobile patients can be maintained in combination with the ZPZ cell. The patient's everyday objects and technical devices are placed in the cell and on the ZZZ cell and are located within reach of his or her hands in a lying or sitting position. This creates opportunities for his self-service and makes it easier to stay in bed. It also simplifies and simplifies the work of service, nursing and rehabilitation staff.

The ZPZ is designed as a simple, lightweight, repositionable cell. Its total weight depends on the particular type, its equipment and the materials used. Normal handling may be performed by one or two workers (eg when installing or releasing it from the bed). The width, depth, and height dimensions of a cell are such that the cell can fit through a conventional hospital or home door. The clear height of the ceiling structure and its equipment is such that the patient can sit on the bed and get out of bed without the risk of head injury.

Spatial cell ZPZ with its width dimension follows the standardized width of standard hospital beds, but for specific requirements it is possible to take into account the width tolerances of beds (beds). For other widths (couch, bed or couch for home treatment), the fixation of the cell to a bed of a different width is made, or a ZPZ cell is made for a specific requirement.

The size, shape and constructional design of the ZPZ cell and its dimensions is based on the basic presumption of compliance with the current general requirements for the assembly: a bed with a hand table. This is an important typological parameter, because the larger widths of the FDD would reduce the capacity of the treatment room and thus reduce the capacity of the entire hospital or nursing institution. Compliance with this condition indicates that the application of the ZZZ does not create any additional demands on the area of nursing rooms compared to the current situation. An analysis of these relationships is shown in FIG. Third

A comparison of the present state (Fig. 3a) with the proposed solution (Fig. 3b) shows that the area requirements are identical. The length of the bed (1) and the width of the bed (w) remain the original without any change. The width of the bedside table (d) is the same as the width of the bedside table (d). The width of the glove table (e) and the side parts of ZPZ 2x (e / 2) is the same. The length of the transfer table (f) and the TPZ cell are the same. The length of the bed (g) shortened by the glove table is the same as when using the ZPZ cell (g). However, strict adherence to the stated dimensional parameters confronted with the current state is not a necessary condition for the application of the ZPZ cell, especially when used in home treatment.

Due to the increased possibility of using the external and internal surfaces of the ZPZ cell for equipping it with furnishings compared to today's stage table, it is possible to shorten the length of the ZPZ cell relative to the table (h). "Tunnel effect".

The shape and construction of the ZPZ cell has two basic alternatives from which other variants are derived. They are:

1) The ZPZ is designed as a new product, as a separate spatial cell that is straddled or unilaterally attached to the patient's bed and mechanically clamped to it (Fig. 4). The basic type (Fig. 4a) has design and shape variants (Figs. 4b to 4f).

2) The ZPZ is designed as a height or spatial extension for the current hand table, rigidly connected to it in one assembly and mechanically clamped to the bed (Fig. 5). The basic type (Fig. 5a) also has its shape and construction variants using the existing hand table (Fig. 5b, Fig. 5c, Fig. 5d). By using an existing hand table to create a ZPZ cell, an economically advantageous ZPZ variant is produced.

A common feature of all shape and construction variants is that they are designed as a rigid metal skeleton sheathed from the outside by suitable thin-walled plates. Another common feature is their determination, equipment and functionality. The provision of a domestic water storage reservoir located at the top of the cell and a lower collecting container for spent water and urine of the patient is considered to be essential. The actual content of the upper reservoir is 30 - 60 liters and is replenished with water if necessary. The actual content of the collecting basin is δ - 15 liters. A distribution pipe with a stopcock leads from the service water storage tank to the point of consumption and, after use, the flexible waste pipe leads to the collection tank.

The ZPZ cell is connected by a connection to the distribution of electric current for electrical appliances, which are part of the interior equipment of the cell and to a signaling system for contact with the nursing service (sound or verbal method). These connections are the internal wiring in the interior of the cell brought to the locations of their need.

Other items of daily patient needs, rehabilitation aids and equipment are placed in drawers and stored in equipment installed on the inner and outer surfaces of the ZPZ cell.

Alternative solutions of the ZPZ cell, their size, construction and shape modifications as differences from the basic type take into account: possibilities of different ground plan layout of the ZPZ cell in relation to the patient's bed, room dimensions, layout of the bed especially in relation to the room walls, the patient's medical condition, e.g. even in which hand he has healthier and more capable for self-service.

In gantry types of the ZPZ cell, in the case of home treatment of the patient, while lying in bed in a room with several households or in a common nursing facility while lying with other patients, a favorable microclimate can be created inside the cell. so that the patient is at least distracted by the environment. This is achieved by:

- using front or side triggering blinds or folding textile curtain on the cell by installing a ventilator with a protective cover in the cell interior by fitting an air heater in the cell interior with a programmable timer

- by creating a local luminaire in the cell with the possibility of its shading

a) The basic cell type has the designation ZPZ - 1, it is shown in fig. 1, FIG. 2, and further in FIG. 4a, and in a perspective view of FIG. 7 and also in FIG. 17, FIG.

18, FIG. 19, FIG. 20 and FIG. 21. The basic type is characterized by a gantry design and at the bottom by creating storage cabinets on both sides of the cell. From the front side, the cell is only partially sheathed, portal-like around the perimeter above the storage drawers. The ZPZ cell walls are fitted on both the inside and the outside with retaining elements for fitting and fastening cabinets, bags, cup and bottle holders, baskets, racks and drapes to store and store patient's daily needs and exercise rehabilitation items and equipment. The ZPZ cell is pushed from the forehead onto the patient's bed mechanically clamped to it.

b) Derived type from the basic type marked ZPZ - 2 (Fig. 4b and Fig. 8). It is similar to the basic type, except that the front wall above the storage drawers is open up to the upper water reservoir. The advantage is that it reduces the “Tunnel effect” and allows better visual contact with the surroundings.

c) Derived type from the basic type ZPZ - 3 (Fig. 4c and Fig. 9). is characterized with a one-sided drawer part, and with a usable face and a space above it. The second opposing wall of the portal structure is designed as a plain slab only. It has alternatives: right and left type.

d) Another variant is that in comparison with type ZPZ - 3 the front wall is open, without front cover above the drawers (Fig. 4d and Fig. 10). This type has the designation ZPZ -4.

e) Derived type from the basic type ZPZ - 5 (Fig. 4e and Fig. 11). It is the simplest portal type of ZPZ. It consists of a supporting spatial structure which is clad from the sides and rear by plain boards, without creating drawer and storage parts on the sides of the bed. In the ceiling part there is a tank with service water. This type of ZPZ can be effectively used in combination with some other supplementary devices that have come close to the basic type with the necessary equipment. It can be eg. in combination with a bedside table to be placed on the outside, alternatively on the inside of the ZPZ, a coffee table (eg for domestic applications), which serves various storage and other (work) purposes, etc. This type of ZPZ makes it possible to install a wide range of sanitary equipment and sanitary facilities on its walls, both internally and externally. It is also possible to install the whole system of rehabilitation and other auxiliary facilities. In principle, it fulfills all the requirements that characterize a ZPZ. Its use results from the layout of the bed and the room wall. Some functions (eg rehabilitation) can be performed only to a limited extent in this variant. The advantage of types ZPZ - 3 to ZPZ -5 is the reduction of the width of the bed with the ZPZ cell compared to the current state or even in comparison with other types. This reduces the floor space requirement, and the ZPZ cell contains and fulfills all the functions that are placed on it. It is also possible to attach a construction under the bed to accommodate the collection tank for used water and urine. Another advantage is that the bed can be pushed sideways directly to the wall, without a sliding drawer space.

f) Derived type from the basic type ZPZ - 6 (Fig. 4f and Fig. 12 axonometry). Its characteristic is that it is a purpose-built spatial cell that is clamped to the patient's bed from only one side (variants: right type, left type). It meets the requirements for rehabilitation exercises to a limited extent.

2. ZZZ cells created using existing hand tables associated with the patient's bed. They are made analogously to the purpose-built ZPZ cells (Fig.5)

(a) Basic cell type using a carry-table designated ZPZ-7 (Fig. 5a and Fig. 13 - perspective). It is structurally and formally close to the ZPZ - 6 type. It is designed as a straight rigid extension for the cabin table. Due to its ground plan dimensions, it does not create increased demands on the floor surface compared to the current situation when using a hand table. The cell thus treated is anchored unilaterally to the patient's bed as a whole. In the upper part there is a space for the installation of the water tank with service water, with its leading to the place of consumption, and in the lower part there is a collection tank for collecting used water and urine of the patient. On the ceiling, side walls, inside and outside are fitted pockets of cabinets, curtains and shelves for storing objects of daily use and rehabilitation aids. In this type of rehabilitation possibilities are limited.

b) Derived type from the basic type ZPZ - 8 (Fig. 5b and Fig. 14). It is characterized in that the extension to the glove table connects to the patient's bed in a shape and construction portal way. The opposite side is formed as a plain plate. All interior and exterior surfaces are used to fit objects of daily use and to store rehabilitation aids. This type can also be equipped with various exercise equipment. The floor area requirements are the same as for the base type, i. .J. bed with a small table. It is comparable to type

c) Derived type from the basic type ZPZ - 9 (Fig. 5c and Fig. 15).

It is close to the basic ZPZ - 1. It has variants: right and left. It is designed as a previous type, but with the difference that the other side of the patient-oriented ZPZ is also provided with drawers in the lower part, with a shelf above them and the possibility of extension to use the created interior space above it. Its conception, constructional and shape solution gives the possibility of more demanding equipment with equipment such as. fit a refrigerator or a collection tank under the bed. The treatment can also be equipped with various rehabilitation and exercise equipment and aids. This type is the most demanding in terms of space and exceeds the parameters of the current set-up: the bed with a small table. This should be taken into account when deciding on its use.

d) Derived type from the basic type ZPZ -10. It is identical in design and shape to the type ZPZ - 9, except that the front wall above the side drawers is open (Fig. 5d and Fig. 16).

In the purpose-built gantry cell types ZPZ-1 to ZPZ-5, a further variant treatment can be provided in that only one side wall of the cell is formed while the other side facing the room is open. This openness can be realized as:

the free wall part above the drawers for the ZPZ drawer type all the way up to the water ceiling tank - for the side wall plate type.

The metal frame of the carcass remains on the cell and is one of the support members for the ceiling water tank.

The free side wall may be provided with a textile hinge that retracts as desired to create an intimate environment within the cell interior.

This solution limits the possibilities for fitting the fixtures on the walls of the cell, but its advantage is that it reduces the tunnel effect for the lying patient and allows for better visual contact with the surroundings. Such use of a ZPZ cell is particularly advantageous when placed in a room.

Other possible variations of the ZPZ are suitable for patients who are permanently or temporarily attached to a bed, but are partially mobile so that some important tasks are capable of being performed by themselves, possibly with the aid of barium or operator (e.g.

use of toilets, showers, wash basins), which means that the equipment of the ZPZ cell does not have to include a storage tank with domestic water and possibly also a collection tank for the patient's urine. These are simplified ZPZ solutions that have the following variations:

a) ZPZ is designed as a three-dimensional corner construction in L-shaped plan, exceeding the height of the bed. A plate sheathing is formed on the metal frame. It is anchored to the patient's bed. It can be combined using a glove table or purpose-built cabinet drawers at the bottom (Fig. 17).

b) In a limiting case, the ZZZ can be designed as a simple plate construction with a metal frame anchored to the bed on its head or on its side at the patient's head (Fig. 18)

In both of the derived cases, the ZZZ fulfills the basic function, i. they create the conditions for the installation of handles, pockets, racks, and crabs for wall panels to accommodate everyday patient needs.

Compared to today's state of the art, the use of ZPZ for immobile or partially immobile patients as well as for nursing staff has a number of advantages. These are in particular:

1) Facilitating the immobile patient's stay in bed, creating more favorable conditions for his everyday needs, with which he is permanently reliant on the help of others. This leads to improved patient life.

2) Application of ZZZ leads to permanently maintained order and cleanliness in the patient circle, to increase his / her personal hygiene, to manual storage of personal and medical objects within his / her reach (food, medicines, personal hygiene items, technical means facilitating bed stay, etc.) .

3) Active self-service engagement of the patient to meet their normal needs. This creates a favorable psychological aspect of his treatment.

4) The ZZZ cell can be equipped with rehabilitation aids and equipment of various kinds, allowing the patient to perform, directly or in collaboration and with the help of staff (rehabilitation workers) various rehabilitation exercises on the bed, especially in rehabilitation exercises with the spine and limbs. This creates favorable conditions for the patient's active participation in the treatment. (Post-traumatic conditions)

5) The application of the BHS leads to simplification of work, work and time release of the operating staff or family members from permanently bound care and attention for the immobile patient, thereby achieving for the care staff:

- the possibility of its use for other work

- Ensuring care for a larger number of patients

- reducing the number of operating personnel

- more free time for service personnel.

In addition to humanitarian aspects, this also leads to economic benefits.

6) Production of ZPZ cells will allow to establish a production program for a new product at the manufacturer of medical technology, with the possibility of its application on the domestic market as well as export abroad.

7) In the storage box and pockets formed directly on the cell, resp. lockable drawers can store various medical supplies and aids (medicines, injections ...), food and other items that the operator may not bring permanently to the patient. Lockable drawers can also store medicines that should not be accessible to spontaneous abuse by patients, or possibly personal valuable items of the patient (money, passbooks, jewelry so that they cannot be stolen by family members, visitors or service personnel).

8) Even in very severe conditions of patient immobility, when it is unable to perform even basic self-service tasks and is reliant on all the needs for the operating staff, the use of the ZPZ cell is effective for both the patient and the caregiver.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Described is a basic type of embodiment of a ZPZ according to the invention; which is type ZPZ -1, t. j. a spatial cell that straddles the patient bed 53 and mechanically clamps thereto. -Other are derived from the base. Their design and equipment is analogous.

The basic support structure of the cell ΑΡΖ-1 is a rigid spatial skeleton (Fig. 1) formed of thin metal profiles 6 (e.g., jackle profiles, metal tubes, stainless steel profiles, aluminum profiles, rolled profiles, etc.). 8) Even in very severe conditions of patient immobility, when it is incapable of even basic self-service and is reliant on all needs for the staff involved, the use of the ZPZ cell is effective for both the patient and the caregiver.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Described is a basic type of embodiment of the ZPZ according to the invention, which is a type of ZPZ -1, i. j. a spatial cell that straddles the patient bed 53 and mechanically clamps thereto. Others are derived from the basic type, their design and equipment are analogous.

The basic supporting structure of the ZPZ - 1 cell is a rigid spatial skeleton (Fig. 1) made of thin metal profiles 11 (eg Jackle profiles, metal tubes, stainless steel profiles, aluminum profiles, rolled profiles, etc.). In the upper part of the carcass 2 and on its sides 3, the metal profiles of the carcass are doubled for its internal division and functional use. The skeleton of the cell is supplemented with the attachment elements to the bed 4. In its inner part it is possible to create as an alternative for additional clamping of the slide rail 5 with anchoring elements in order to increase the rigidity of the anchoring of the cell to the bed. The cell is raised from the floor by protruding feet 6. This allows the floor to be cleaned under the cell. On the outside, a peripheral shell made of thin-walled plate materials is fastened to the cell frame (Fig. 2). The skeleton is sheathed: from the sides 7, from the back 8, the front face is only partially sheathed - portal around the perimeter 9. The sheathing of the ceiling is doubled 10, 11, thereby creating a chamber space for installing a water tank with 12 seconds The pipeline leads to consumption points 37 with a stopcock 57. At the bottom of the ZZZ cell, drawers are provided on both sides to accommodate the patient's everyday needs 13. The storage area above the side drawers 14 is provided with a safety rail 15. The sockets are covered on the inside of the cell with a sheath 16. The lower legs protruding from the cell skeleton can be terminated:

Wheels can be rotated around their own axis 17, simply protruding from the carcass, with the end protective sleeves - usually rubber - slid against the floor damage 18.

At the bottom of the ZPZ cell is a reservoir 22 for collecting the used process water from the lavender and urine of the patient from the funnel. The collecting tank can be positioned differently (Fig. 6):

directly in the sub-bed part of the cell, attach it to the solid support structure that is part of the cell 19 (Fig. 6a)

- mounted on a free pull-out bogie equipped with wheels 21 (Fig. 6b) in the cabinet part of the glove table 73 located in the cell interior (Fig. 6c) - there is the possibility of covering the reservoir with the cabinet door outside the cell interior (Fig. 6d) using the existing table 73 and also the possibility of covering it with the cabinet door

For daily personal hygiene of the patient is placed and fastened under the bed of a washbasin for collecting water for washing 23. To the skeleton of the ZPZ cell is attached to the telescopic swivel arm and it is telescopic under the bed 24. The funnel is detachable on the side of the cell. The connection of the bladder and the funnel is a flexible drain pipe 26 which is lifted into the collecting tank. The entrance to the reservoir is solved by an odor trap - siphon 27.

Possible use of mobile dry toilet is solved by several patents and offers of manufacturers. It can also be applied in combination with a ZPZ cell by placing the WC bowl with the wheeled device under the bed on the pull-out arm clamped to the cell, and the partially mobile patient can use it in a self-service manner.

A net pull-out basket for collecting solid waste 28 (food containers, peel of oranges and bananas, used napkins, etc.) can also be placed under the bed. It is also attached to the skeleton of the ZPZ cell on a retractable or pivotable arm to empty it 29.

The ZPZ cell attachment points to the bed are created in its interior part on the sides of the bed or on the back wall. With increased demands on static or dynamic loading of the ZPZ cell (eg in demanding rehabilitation exercises directly on the bed), it is alternatively possible to create skids on the inner part of the ZPZ cell, which may also be telescopic pull-out 5. 62. Additional clamping of the cell to the bed 10 can be formed thereon. The skids can be functionally used for the benefit of the patient for other purposes:

as a lateral restraint to prevent the patient from falling out of bed, as an anchorage system for raising the patient to a sitting position, as a support structure for installing a worktop 3 1 with uprights (fig. 20) 63 for various patient needs (eating, writing, reading, handicrafts ) with adjustable positioner for anchoring the board in horizontal or tilted plane as additional aids in patient rehabilitation exercises

The solution of clamping the ZPZ cell to the patient's bed is such that it can quickly, easily and simply mount the cell to the bed and remove it from the bed, even operatively, e.g. when transporting a patient with a bed for examination within the hospital, etc. and clamp the ZPZ cell to the bed again when it returns.

Materials which are suitable for medical devices, especially from a hygienic and aesthetic point of view, are used for the skeleton and the cell shell. The supporting skeleton may be formed by: stainless materials or surface-treated materials, e.g. paint, chrome-plated, anodized (if aluminum is used). The sheathing can be used: enamelled sheet metal, various laminated materials, stainless steel sheet, durofol, tough PVC, laminate - decor, event. transparent plexiglass but also suitable combinations of these materials. They should be surface-treated so that their cleanliness can be permanently maintained

X // and disinfection. The colors are to be solved in connection with the usual color adjustments of medical and nursing facilities and premises, with light colors predominating. Similar materials can also be used to create storage and storage drawers mounted on the walls of the ZPZ cell, but also laminated fabrics, impregnated fabrics, non-toxic leatherette, molded plastic materials (possibly transparent).

The equipping of a ZPZ cell with the objects of the patient's daily needs may vary, depending on the degree of immobility of the patient and also whether the patient is bedridden in the short, long term or even permanently. It can also be influenced by whether the ZZZ is installed in a hospital, nursing home, nursing home, retirement home or home treatment. The decisive factor for the equipment is whether functions for rehabilitation exercises are also required. The aforementioned equipment options are therefore generally conceived and may vary, i. j. supplement or rebuild according to the specific needs of the patient, even during the use of the medical device.

The fixture items mounted on the inner and outer walls of the ZPZ cell are removable, which allows them to be detached, manipulated, cleaned, emptied, filled, or moved. Removing them also allows cleaning and disinfection of the whole cell.

For assembly and disassembly of the storage and storage devices on both the inner and outer surfaces of the ZPZ cell, the fastening elements to the cell skeleton and sheath are used: suspension hooks, clamps, screws, dowels, sleeves, lugs, eyelets that pass through the wall and the counter nut ensures their anchoring. Some of them can only be glued to the walls of the casing (eg hanging hooks). Part of the devices can be fixed to the cell by welding (e.g., racks on the front plate, inner wire racks on the back plate 32, side wire racks on the outside 33, storage locations on the front rim).

Clamping elements can also be installed additionally, already in use

ZPZ.

On the inner surface of the front portal wall 48, which is under the direct visual perception of the patient, can be formed: racks for removable storage of technical articles; e.g. fixed telephone line, mobile phone, shaver, massage machine, electrical distribution, button for calling the operator or. for verbal communication with the operator, clock, radio, tape recorder, waikmann, inhalation device, pressure gauge, thermometer, automatic drug dispenser with time and acoustic signaling, switches for fan and indoor lighting, TV remote control, tape recorder and the like.

For exterior side wall surfaces it is possible to:

• create hook hinges 49 for storage, home clothes (bathrobe, tracksuit, musk, jogging set, etc.) • place towel and laundry drying hanger 50

On the external front portal-edged surfaces 9 it is possible to:

• fit pockets and boxes to store other items of the patient's personal and nursing daily needs 51

The side drawers on both sides of the bed 13 serve for:

• storage of medicines, syringes, personal items, lockable for valuables, fruit, vegetables, dry food, documents

For the outer rear wall and the outer side walls:

This depends on the patient's ability to move actively, his / her personal interests, but also his / her solvency (Fig. 21) 3 1. After completion of the work, the operator can remove the board and store it by clamping it on the outside of the cell.

Rehabilitation function of ZPZ: the integrated function of equipping the ZPZ cell with aids and objects of daily use is possible to adjust to allow lying or sitting patient directly on the bed, alone or under supervision

X and the cooperation of a professional rehabilitation worker to perform various rehabilitation exercises related to his / her healing process and speed up his / her recovery. These are especially rehabilitation exercises of limbs (arms, legs), spine, fingers, neck muscles, abdominal muscles and so on.

For this purpose, the ZPZ cell may be equipped with:

training devices which are fixed to it permanently (stably) 42 with fixation devices to which portable exercise articles and equipment will be temporarily mounted, resp. clamp 43 eg. exercise springs, braces

Such facilities of the ZPZ cell may also be a follow-up to:

beds 74 (adjustment for stabilizing the positioning plate) 64, forming an anchor eye for the exercise tool, and p. 43 gallows 55 mounted at the head of the patient and anchored to the bed gallows installed and fixed to the bed at the feet of the patient and anchored to the bed 54.

Exercise cells that are stably mounted on the ZPZ cell (Fig. 21): side handles mounted in the front wall 38 - also extends and anchored side rails on cell 5 to spring the patient's spring force cells anchored in front of cell 42

The gripping members, to which the exercise articles and devices are temporarily fastened, form metal loops fixed to the carcass of cell 43 and serve to temporarily attach various items such as: strings, straps, weights, force springs, etc.

A special feature of the equipment is the use of the placement and anchoring of the plate positioner 64, to the ZPZ cell and to the bed, which allows the recumbent patient to use both a gallows with horizontal rod 72 mounted on the headboard 68,69,70 or additional exercise equipment mounted on the cell; positioner 65,66,67. Upon completion of the rehabilitation exercise, the positioner may be removed from the bed as well as other temporary additional exercise items and the bed shall continue to serve its original purpose, i. j. to the patient lying down. Part of the exercise items can then be stored in the stowage compartments and in the external handles created on the ZPZ cell (eg storage of dumbbells, exercise springs, acupressure aids, weights, rubber straps, plate positioners, etc.). An example of the application of an additional exercise device is the installation of a exercise bar at the head of a ZPZ cell that is temporarily fitted by simply threading it through the metal eyelets formed on the cell 43 and an example of using a positioner 64.65.

Rigid exercise cells as well as anchoring links (metal eyelets) are placed on the cell and designed so as not to adversely affect the overall appearance and design of the cell, and also to avoid unwanted protrusions, sharp edges and spikes on which the patient could be accidentally injured .

Complex equipped cell ZPZ with exercise rehabilitation equipment as shown in fig. 24 can be used in conjunction with a bed, only for rehabilitation exercises. The bed is replaced by a massage and exercise bed. ZPZ is conceived as a facility for equipping rehabilitation rooms in hospitals and rehabilitation institutions, for exercise of alternating patients. There is no need to provide the patient's everyday needs, and instead use storage locations on the inner and outer walls of the cell to store exercise equipment and equipment, acupressure and massage items. This determination concerns partially mobile patients. However, such a single-purpose identification of a ZPZ cell essentially satisfies its content concept and according to this proposal is consistent with its ZPZ name. It is therefore also the subject of the claims.

Industrial usability

The industrial applicability of the invention follows from the foregoing description. Utilization of ZPZ is in health care, especially in nursing of immobile patients. In this sense, it is mainly of humanitarian importance and purpose. The industrial applicability therefore mainly concerns the production of such devices.

The manufacture of the ZPZ cell is simple. It uses generally available materials, without the need to supply special products, materials, special equipment for manufacturing processing or treatment. Materials that are commonly available on the market are used to create a ZPZ cell. There is no entitlement to import (wheels swiveling around their own axis, infusion bars, signaling system, fitted technical items and tools, plastic tanks, etc.).

The technology of production of ZPZ is simple, common for every production of medical devices. It can be realized by common technological equipment such as: metal cutters, welding aggregates, drills, grinders, bending machines for metal bars and sheets, spray guns and the like. Every industrial production workshop and production facility is equipped with these tools and equipment

X x race. There is no need to purchase and use any special equipment to manufacture the ZPZ. However, production should be carried out by a manufacturer with experience in the manufacture of medical devices. Work on the ZPZ cell can be performed by ordinary locksmith specialists, no special qualification is required. In the production of ZZZ it is possible to comply with all standard regulations and requirements for the production of sanitary products and equipment as well as regulations on safety and health protection at work. In the case of export of products abroad, it is possible to comply with the standards and regulations of the respective countries.

Products which are known and commercially available can be used to equip the ZPZ cell with various devices. There is no need to develop new ones.

Within the industrial applicability of the ZPZ, it is possible to apply other known hitherto known facilities in relation to the patient's bed, its treatment and rehabilitation (bed positioning, side rails, gallows, etc.).
