Description
Aktívny tepelnoizolačný systém.Active thermal insulation system.
Oblasť techniky.Technical field.
The invention relates to construction products and other economic sectors.
Doterajší stav techniky.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION.
Thermal insulating, particularly transparent structures, currently used in construction, are composed of a single layer or several layers, n <10, separated by closed gaseous, liquid or colloidal layers, or composed of a conglomerate of small particles between which there are relatively enclosed spaces filled gas. Their thermal insulation properties are practically unchanged and cannot be effectively influenced at a given thickness.
Podstata vynálezu.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION.
Heat-insulating, in particular transparent constructions, are composed of a small number of layers of transparent mass and closed gas layers perpendicular to the direction of heat flow. Increasing the number of layers improves the thermal insulation properties of the system, but at the same time deteriorates the properties of the system as an active element using solar energy, so it is advantageous to use a system whose properties can be varied as needed. It is an object of the invention that a multilayer insulating system composed of thin films separated by a gas layer is inserted between, or behind, transparent or other parts of the structure. A change in the properties of the transparent construction is achieved by wrapping the foils / e.g. roll, slide, ... / or unpack to create a gas layer system between the foils. This achieves that in solar irradiation, a transparent construction can act as a solar energy absorber, and in the case of the need for increased insulation as an insulation system comparable to other packaging structures. By using multilayer insulation system is obtained with a thickness of 200 mm and k = 0.22 Wm "2 .K _1 at a thickness of 300 mm = 0.18 Wm" 2 .K 'first At a suitable position and insollation of the transparent structure, an average annual value of <0 W.n » 2 .K '' is achieved, which means that the envelope structure acts as an energy source.

Príklady uskutočnenia vynálezu.DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION.
Príkladom využitia vynálezu je transparentná výplňová koštrukcia - otvárovo-sklopné okenné krídlo. Okenné krídlo sa skladá z rámu okna 2, s vonkajším a vnútorným zasklením uložených vo vzdialeností 210 mm. Medzi zasklením je uložený mnohovrstrvový izolačný systém i zložený zo sústavy fólií Y a vzduchových vrstiev X hr.5mm s celkovou hrúbkou 200mm. An example of the application of the invention is a transparent filling structure - an opening-hinged window sash. The sash consists of a window frame 2, with external and internal glazing at a distance of 210 mm. Between the glazing there is a multilayer insulating system i composed of a set of foils Y and air layers X thickness 5mm with a total thickness of 200mm. The Y-foils are attached to the rotary shaft at the top, which allows the foils to be rolled on each other thereby altering the properties of the sash. The K-value of such a construction is up to <0.25 W · m'K -1 . An alternative solution is placing - regular folding of foils in the lower part of the window sash.
Priemyselná využiteľnosť.Industrial usability.
Aktívne tepelnoizolačné okenné systémy je možné využiť v stavebníctve a iných odvetviach ako tepelnú izoláciu obalových konštrukcií, a vo výplni otvorov.Active thermal insulation window systems can be used in construction and other industries such as thermal insulation of packaging structures, and in the filling of openings.
