Abstract
Opísané je zariadenie, pri ktorom je v hornej tretine výšky vetraného priestoru v podstate horizontálne vedené minimálne jedno sacie potrubie (1) s priemerom minimálne 150 mm, vybavené v 1- až 10-metrových rozstupoch sacími vstupmi (2). Toto sacie potrubie (1) je napojené na filtračnú jednotku (3), z ktorej výstupu je vedené minimálne jedno fúkacie potrubie (4) s priemerom minimálne 100 mm. Toto fúkacie potrubie (4) je ukončené minimálne dvoma v podstate vertikálnymi vetvami (5) dlhými 2,5 až 8 metrov. Každá vertikálna vetva (5) je vybavená aspoň dvoma výduchmi (6). Súčasťou zariadenia je ventilátor (7), umiestnený pred alebo za filtračnou jednotku (3). Z vonkajšieho priestoru je vedený vzduchový kanál (8), napojený cez vetrák (10) na výstupnú stranu ventilátora (7).A device is described in which at least one suction pipe (1) with a diameter of at least 150 mm is provided substantially horizontally in the upper third of the height of the ventilated space, provided with suction inlets (2) at intervals of 1 to 10 meters. Doteraz sú priemyselné haly vetrané zariadením, ktoré odsáva vzduch v rôznych miestach haly a tento vracia späť. Pritom je známe vzduch filtrovať cez filtračnú jednotku. Uvedené nevýhody do značnej miery odstraňuje zariadenie na ventiláciu a/alebo filtráciu vzduchu, použiteľné najmä v priemyselných halách, podľa tohto technického riešenia. Jeho podstata spočíva v tom, že v hornej 1/3 výšky vetraného priestoru je v podstate horizontálne vedené minimálne jedno sacie potrubie s priemerom minimálne 150 mm. Sacie potrubie je vybavené v 1 až 10 metrových rozostupoch sacími vstupmi, ktorými je nasávaný vzduch z vetraného priestoru. Sacie potrubie je napojené na filtračnú jednotku, z ktorej výstupu je vedené minimálne jedno fúkacie potrubie o priemere minimálne 100 mm. Fúkacie potrubie je ukončené minimálne dvoma v podstate vertikálnymi vetvami dlhými 2,5 až 8 metrov. Každá vertikálna vetva je vybavená aspoň dvoma výduchmi, z ktorých je vyfukovaný vzduch spätne do vetraného priestoru. Súčasťou zariadenia je ventilátor umiestnený pred alebo za filtračnou jednotkou, tj. kdekoľvek do takto vzniknutého filtračného okruhu. Rovnako je podstatné, že z vonkajšieho priestoru je vedený vzduchový kanál, napojený cez vetrák na výstupnú stranu ventilátora.The above-mentioned disadvantages are largely eliminated by the ventilation and / or air filtration device, particularly useful in industrial halls, according to the present invention. Zámerom je vybaviť dielňu s pôdorysnými rozmermi 100 metrov x 20 metrov a výškou 5 metrov zariadením pre ventiláciu vzduchu, ktoré účelne ventiluje a zároveň dostatočne filtruje ventilovaný vzduch. Preto je realizované zariadenie pre ventiláciu a/alebo filtráciu vzduchu, najmä v priemyselných halách, podľa tohto technického riešenia. Takmer pod stropom dielne, tj. vetraného priestoru, sú rovnobežne vedené tri vodorovné sacie potrubia 1, každé s priemerom 250 mm, a to v 5metrových rozostupoch. Pritom prostredné sacie potrubie i je vedené stredom dielne. Každé sacie potrubie 1 je dlhé takmer 100 metrov, pretože je vedené celou 100 metrov dlhou dielňou. Každé sacie potrubie 1 je v 5metrových rozostupoch vybavené sacími vstupmi 2, tvorenými otvormi s mriežkou. Všetky tri sacie potrubia i sú napojené na vstup filtračnej jednotky 3. Na výstupe filtračnej jednotky 3 je umiestnený ventilátor 7, z ktorého sú vyvedené dve fúkacie potrubia 4, každé s priemerom 300 mm. Tieto fúkacie potrubia 4 sú vedené rovnako pod stropom dielne a sú ukončené každé štyrmi vertikálnymi vetvami 5 dlhými 4,5 m, vedenými kolmo dole. Každá vertikálna vetva 5 je vybavená dvoma výduchmi 6, situovanými v spodnej polovici vertikálnej vetvy 5.
