Abstract

The combined chair for children solves the problem of simple construction of multi-purpose furniture for children which consists of two individual chairs (1) and (2), connected by connection devices (10, 15) so that the pairs of their arm rest arcs (3) form any kind of curve, preferably a semi-circular or semi-elliptical one. The pair of the arm rest arcs (3) is connected by crossbars (12, 13, and 14), separated from each other by openings (8, 9). The seating panel (4) or the backs of the chair (5), which are at a right angle one against the other, are attached to both smaller edges of the opening (8). On the free end of the back of the chair (5) there is a handle (6). The chair (1) and chair (2) are each representing independent seating elements, while in a combined or integrated form they represent a combined children device, which can be by turning around the vertical axis used as a two seat bench, two seat rocking chair or a single elevated sitting chair, which is also true for the second application example, where the combined children chair is made in one, integral piece.

COMBINED CHILD'S CHAIR

The subject of the invention is a combination child seat that can be transformed or transformed into another type of baby furniture by interconnecting or rotating about its axis.

According to the international patent classification, the invention belongs to A 47D 1/08 and additionally to A 47D 11/00.

A technical problem that is solved by the present invention is the design of a combined baby stool that will allow its multipurpose use and functionality by interconnecting at least two stools, or its multipurpose usability and functionality when implemented in a single piece, making the construction compact and simple , suitable for use as a low and high chair, as a bench and as a swing, and which, in the form of at least two pieces, will allow for easy and quick assembly and disassembly.

The Slovenian patent SI 9700194 is a well-known multipurpose baby device that can be transformed from a chair into a bench and further into a swing. This well-known solution has the disadvantage or disadvantage that it is functional only in the composition of a single, inseparable piece, which does not allow for splitting into two, completely separate and independent chairs. Furthermore, the disadvantage or disadvantage of this well-known solution is that it does not prevent the rocker from overturning when the oscillation is too high, and at the same time it is very difficult to enter and descend the child from the multipurpose device due to the lateral sides. There are also known solutions for baby swings of different designs and shapes, which are useful only for this purpose. The same applies to known solutions for baby chairs and benches, which cannot be assembled and thus can be used for other purposes.

The problem that remains unresolved is mainly how to carry out a combined baby stool, which will allow the child to sit comfortably and securely in a separate state, and in the combined two stool condition the possibility of using the composition as a high chair, bench or swing and whose composition and disassembly it will be simple and fast and furthermore is based on the unique inventive idea of constructing a combined baby chair that will allow it to be made from two compound single-seat chairs, or to be built in a single, inseparable piece.

According to the invention, the problem is solved by a combined baby chair, whose composite pair of chairs forms a multipurpose baby furniture with the function of a baby swing, a high chair and a baby bench, which essentially consists of two, with the back facing opposite to one another and the chairs that are fixed to each other. each of which is formed by a pair of backrests and a seating board and a backrest with a gripper, or made of a single inseparable piece, with exactly the same multifunctional function.

The combined stool according to the invention shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 3, FIG. 4 and FIG. 6 form a chair assembly 1 and a chair assembly 2, with said assembly facing each other 180 ° inverted.

The assembly of the chair 1, or the assembly of the chair 2 shown in FIG. 1, is formed by a pair of parallel, vertically mounted reclining arches 3, which are interconnected by rungs 12, 13 and 14, a horizontally seated seat panel 4 and a vertically mounted backrest 5 with a two-handed grips 6. At least one recess 7 is made on a pair of reclining arches 3, with the same function of a pair of supporting legs, and at least one recess 11. Under the connecting bar 14, a portion of a pair of reclining arches and crossbars 12 and 13 restrict the opening 8, preferably quadrangular shapes , part of the pair of backrests 3, and the crosspieces 13 and 14, limit the opening 9, also preferably of a rectangular shape, the opening 8 being slightly larger than the circumference of the opening 9.

The protuberances 7 on the support arches 3 are made along the long edge of the opening 8 and slightly above the bar 13 and are parallel or preferably in the same plane.

The backrest 3 and the backrest 5 interconnect the seat panel so that it is fixed at one edge to the crossbar 13 and the opposite edge to the backrest 5, which is fixed at one end to the edge of the opening 8 at the crossbar 12, whichever is the opposite end with the gripper 6 is free and plays the role of a supporting leg in the design of a standalone single chair. The curve of the reclining arches 3 is arbitrary, preferably circular or elliptical, and its cross section is also optional, as is the cross section of the intermediate crossings 12,13,14, and the circumference and shape of the openings 8,9 and the recesses 11, as well as the projection 7, are optional. The seat panel 4 and the backrest 5 may also be of any shape.

The standalone single chair 1 and 2 shown in FIG. 1 may be implemented as a single, inseparable body and may be implemented as a body consisting of several pieces. The height and depth of the seat panel 4 with the backrest 5 are arbitrary or anatomically shaped to ensure the correct position of the spine of the child when seated. The backrest 3 provides a comfortable armrest, and crosses 14 at the opening 9 to the footrest.

Figure 2 shows the chairs 1 and 2, which are separated from each other and are mirror one to the other by facing each other with the backrests 5 and a pair of fastening means 10, of any embodiment, intended for their mutual attachment. however, it must be possible to safely and easily assemble and disassemble chairs 1 and 2.

Starting from the position of the chairs 1 and 2 previously described in FIG. 2, in FIG. 3, the combined child seat according to the invention is formed by two fastening chairs 1 and 2 connected to the backrests 5 by means of fastening means 10. and together preferably form a semicircle which is outlined by both pairs of reclining arches 3. In the position shown in FIG. 3, the combination child seat according to the invention has a dual function or can be used for two purposes. In the first one, it presents two opposite chairs 1 and 2, on which two children can sit, with their backs facing one another. The opening 8 and the side backrest 3 allow the child to sit on the seat panel 4, with the back resting on the backrest 5, comfortably and securely, as the backrest 3 prevents the child from falling sideways from the combo chair. For another purpose, it is a modern two-seater bench in which children can sit face-to-face. This is made possible by the implementation of the combination child seat according to the invention without side walls and the position of the child sitting in the opening 8 on the seat plate 4. The combination child seat according to the invention is stable in the position of FIG. arches 3 and additionally in the middle at the free end of the two backrests 5 or grips 6 mounted thereon.

FIG. 4 illustrates a combination child seat according to the invention which differs from that shown in FIG. 3 in that it is rotated 90 ° about a vertical axis in one of the two possible directions. In a vertical position, its stable and secure position is provided by the projections 7 on the reclining arch 3 and has the function of an elevated combination child seat according to the invention in which the child is seated on the backrest 5, with the back resting on the seat plate 4 of the component chairs 1 and 2, move the combo chair with the child to the table of ordinary dimensions. For the sake of safety, the child can be secured against failure by attaching a seat belt or other appropriate restraint between a free pair of protrusions 7 or between the backrest 3.

Figure 5 shows the combined child seat according to the invention, which is 180 ° inverted from the one shown in FIG. 3 and 90 ° in the direction of the curve of the backrest arches 3 and with the function of a two-seater baby swing. . In addition to the fastening means 10 connecting the chair 1 and the chair 2, in the area of contact between the backrests 3 or the contacting transverse laths 12, in this position, the combined child seat is additionally interconnected and secured with at least one fastening means 15 between the two. partly of backrests 5 or grips 6, which allow the chairs 1 and 2 to be dismantled when rocking.

The children are securely seated on the corresponding seat panel 4 and with both hands are held by the respective gripper 6, with their backs resting on the corresponding crossbar 14, between the backrests 3. The curve of the backrests 3, the two connected chairs 1 and 2, allows for fluid and light rocking, the separate movement of the combined child's chair being limited to the path between the two pairs of protrusions 7 on the reclining arches 3. In this way, too long swings are prevented, and thus the swing of the swing in one direction or the other. The injury to the baby's legs is also prevented, as the inner backrests of the backrests 3 provide a secure backrest for them.

FIG. 6 shows a second embodiment of the combination child seat according to the invention, which differs from the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 to and including FIG. 5 in that it does not represent a detachable assembly of chairs 1 and 2; preferably fully executed in a single, inseparable piece. Consequently, the second embodiment does not include the fastening means 10 and 15. By purpose and function, the second embodiment is completely identical to the first preferred embodiment described in FIGS. 3, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5.

In another embodiment, the combination child seat according to the invention may be, or the chairs 1,2 may be performed without or with only one pair of projections 7, depending on the intended use.

The multifunctional functionality of the combination child seat according to the invention provides children with the opportunity to make more one-of-a-kind, independent and thus creative decisions about how to use it, both in children's institutions and individually in homes. Its simultaneous parallel and consecutive attachment is also possible, in terms of line chairs 1,2 or separately 1 and / or 2. As an integral, multipurpose element, it can replace several single-purpose children's devices or furniture in a certain space. It is made of natural materials, for example, of different types of wood, as well as of plastic materials such as plastics and the like.
