Abstract

The submitted invention belongs to the area of pharmaceutical industry and refers to new monoclonic antibodies and their fragments that bind to an accessible surface of human recombinant TNF-Alpha, TNF-Alpha analogues and soluble TNF-Alpha p55 and p75 receptors. The invention also refers to stable cellular lines of hybridomas that are able to produce such monoclonic antibodies, the procedure for their preparation and to pharmaceutical preparations that contain them. Further on, the invention refers to the method for a quantitative determination of human TNF-Alpha, free and complexed with soluble TNF-Alpha p55 and p75 receptors and the kit that is used for this. The monoclonic antibodies known so far and the reagents developed from them could not be used for a simultaneous determination of the free TNF-Alpha and their soluble p55 and p75 receptors as well as their complexes. The invention also refers to TNF-1 analogue to TNF His107/108, Cys95/148 that is used as an antigen for the immunization of mice in the complex with TNF-Alpha receptors.
