Abstract
Specialna granulirana barvna prevleka namenjena grelnim kovinskim, prednostno aluminijevim površinam rešuje problem nastanka opeklin na koži, ki nastanejo ob neposrednem dotiku segrete grelne površine (na primer grelca) na kateri se nahaja specialna granulirana barvna prevleka. Preprečitev nastanka opeklin je dosežena s plastjo granulacije delcev izbranega premera (4), ki je v osnovno plast barvne prevleke (3) dodana med nanosom le te na kovinsko grelno površino (2). Kovinska grelna površina (2) je prednostno aluminij. Granulacija delcev izbranega premera (4) povzroči hrapavost površine strukture (1) ter tako zmanjša površino krovne plasti barvne prevleke (5), ki ob dotiku pride v stik s kožo ter na ta način prepreči nastanek opeklin. Osnovna plast barvne prevleke (3) ter krovna plast barvne prevleke (5) sta netoksični, temeljita na apneni osnovi ter imata visok faktor emisivnosti.A special granular paint coating intended for heating metal, preferably aluminum surfaces solves the problem of skin burns caused by direct contact with a heated heating surface (for example a heater) on which a special granular paint coating is located. Prevention of burns is achieved by a layer of granulation of particles of the selected diameter (4), which is added to the base layer of the paint coating (3) during the application of the same on the metal heating surface (2). The metal heating surface (2) is preferably aluminum. Granulation of particles of the selected diameter (4) causes roughness of the surface of the structure (1) and thus reduces the surface of the cover layer of the paint coating (5), which comes into contact with the skin and thus prevents burns. The base layer of the paint coating (3) and the top layer of the paint coating (5) are non-toxic, based on lime-based and have a high emissivity factor.

SPECIALNA GRANULIRANA BARVNA PREVLEKA NAMENJENA GRELNIM KOVINSKIM POVRŠINAMSPECIAL GRANULATED COLOR COATING FOR HEATING METAL SURFACES
Predmet izuma je specialna granulirana barvna prevleka namenjena prekrivanju kovinskih grelnih površin za preprečitev nastanka opeklin ob stiku le te s kožo. Izum spada v področje barvnih prevlek in grelnih teles s kovinskimi površinami, ki se uporabljajo v bivanjskih prostorih.The subject of the invention is a special granular paint coating intended for covering metal heating surfaces to prevent the formation of burns in contact with the skin. The invention belongs to the field of colored coatings and radiators with metal surfaces used in living spaces.
Tehnični problem, ki je rešen z izumom, je preprečitev nastanka opeklin ob stiku kože s površino grelne kovinske površine na katero je nanešena specialna granulirana barvna prevleka. Z vključitvijo granulacije v barvno prevleko se na površini barvne prevleke pojavi hrapavost kar pomeni, da se zmanjša površina barvne prevleke, ki ob dotiku pride v stik s kožo, posledično pa se s tem prepreči nastanek opeklin. Barvna prevleka je namenjena nanosu na kovinske površine (prednostno aluminij) grelnih teles, je temperaturno obstojna, ima visok faktor emisivnosti ter ni toksična.The technical problem solved by the invention is the prevention of burns upon contact of the skin with the surface of the heating metal surface to which a special granular colored coating is applied. Patentiranih rešitev, ki se ukvarjajo s teksturiranjem barvne prevleke je kar nekaj vendar pa se te rešitve večinoma osredotočajo zgolj na estetski vidik barvne prevleke oziroma le na prevleko ali pa zgolj na delce oziroma samo granulacijo, ki je namenjena mešanju z željeno barvno prevleko. Primer ene izmed takšnih rešitev je patent US 4717620A, kjer opisujejo prevleko v kateri se nahajajo barvasta polimerna zrnca, ki dajo končni prevleki večbarven videz. Prevleka sama pa je namenjena barvanju v dekorativne namene. Patent US 6790512B2 opisuje prevleko, ki vsebuje makroskopsko teksturo primerno za nanos na raven substrat, prav tako pa je v sklopu patenta podrobno opisan tudi postopek za izdelavno ter izvedbo takšne strukture. Patent SG 11201903650Χ (A) se ukvarja z izdelavo samih delcev, ki so namenjeni mešanju neposredno z poljubno barvno prevleko ter tako le tej omogočijo mat izgled.
