Abstract

Predmet izuma je postopek pridelave, vzgoje in priprave alkoholnih pijač, prednostno žganih pijač, vina, penečih vin in piva v specifičnem okolju in pripadajoča košara z mrežo, kjer je specifično okolje npr. morje, pripadajoča košara z mrežo pa odgovarjajoča oprema za izvedbo tega postopka. Natančneje se izum nanaša na izrabo posebnih pogojev, ki jih ponuja morska voda za spreminjanje kemičnih sprememb v alkoholnih pijačah, ki lahko tako nadomesti vzgojo, zorenje in pripravo alkoholnih pijač v drugihokoljih. Stekleničena alkoholna pijača je potopljena v morsko vodo tako, da leži vsaka steklenica posebej v ležišču, pripravljenem iz nerjaveče konstrukcije ter na določenih medsebojnih razdaljah, pri čemer s tem dosežemo enakomeren pretok morja in enakomerno gibanje vseh steklenic na določeni globini.
