Abstract

Predmet izuma sodi v področje postopkov za odstranjevanje oljnih madežev iz voda, bolj natančno v področje postopkov priprave superparamagnetnih adsorpcijskih nanomaterialov na osnovi nanodelcev železovega oksida. Postopek priprave funkcionaliziranih superparamagnetnih adsorbentov s prekurzorjem 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodeciltrietoksisilan (FDTES) omogoča adsorpcijo oljnih madežev s kapaciteto v območju 2,0 - 4,0 g olja/g adsorbenta, in nanostrukturnim jedrom na osnovi nanodelcev železovega oksida CoFe2CO4 spinelne kristalne strukture, ki omogočajo odzivnost in vodljivost nanostrukture pod vplivom zunanjega magnetnega polja ter vsled funkcionalnosti površine tudi vezavo in odstranjevanje oljnih madežev, regeneracijo in ponovno uporabo.The object of the invention belongs to the field of procedures for removing oil stains from the water, more precisely in the field of preparation of superparamagnetic adsorption nanomaterials based on iron oxide nanoparticles. The process for the preparation of functionalized superparamagnetic adsorbents with precursor 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane (FDTES) allows the adsorption of oil stains with a capacity in the range of 2.0 - 4.0 g of oil / g adsorbent, and a coenzyme nanoparticles based on nanoparticles of CoFe2CO4 iron crystalline structures that enable the responsiveness and conductivity of the nanostructure under the influence of the external magnetic field, and, in addition to the surface functionality, also the binding and removal of oil stains, regeneration and reuse.
