Description
POSTOPEK PRETOČNE VAKUUMSKE/SESALNE IMPREGNACIJE FURNIRJAVACUUM VACUUM / VACUUM IMPREGNATION PROCEDURE FOR VENEER
Področje tehnike/Predmet izumaFIELD OF THE INVENTION
Izum spada v področje postopkov zaščite in modifikacije lesa. The invention relates to a process of flowing vacuum / suction impregnation of veneer as a way of introducing different liquid substances into the depth of wood mass of each veneer sheet separately. Liquid substances can be aqueous solutions of inorganic or organic substances / chemicals or other liquid substances and improve the biological sustainability of wood and protect the wood against fungi, mold, insects and / and / or fire resistance or improve mechanical properties. The invention relates to the field of wood protection and modification processes.
Opis tehničnega problema:Description of the technical problem:
In order to achieve certain improved properties of wood / fumir and products such as fumime boards, substances and their preparations such as aqueous solutions must be introduced into the depth of the veneer mass.
V primeru vodnih raztopin zaradi nižjih temperatur, ker se praviloma večjih količin 10-30 m3 vode ne segreva na višje temperature, so pripravki nizkih koncentracij, torej od 10 do 20%, odvisno od vrste topljenca/pripravka/ soli/kemikalij e.Known veneer impregnation solutions with various aqueous / liquid preparations use stationary processes in autoclaves / boilers, which are generally used and correspond to the impregnation of solid wood elements such as laths, beams, planks, by vacuum pressure methods / processes with large volumes of the preparation, i.e. 10 to 30 m 3 . In the case of aqueous solutions due to lower temperatures, because as a rule larger quantities of 10-30 m3 of water do not heat up to higher temperatures, the preparations are of low concentrations, ie 10 to 20%, depending on the type of solute / preparation / salt / chemicals e.
In the case of large quantities of folded veneer, the availability of the preparation to the wood is also a problem, since the veneer cannot be separated by means of slats as solid wood elements due to its small thickness. The irrigation process in pools with a liquid preparation is also used. The amounts of the preparation may be smaller during the irrigation process, typically from 4 to 10 m 3 , but the time required for the preparation to diffuse into the wood mass can be very long, ie 6 hours or more. Usually, a large amount of fumir leaves are irrigated in the pool, usually from 1 to 2 m 3 . Due to the large quantities of veneer, it is problematic for the material to be introduced evenly into the depth of the veneer mass.
-2Zato se je pokazala potreba po izboljšanju postopka impregnacije z metodo ki omogoča enakomeren kontroliran vnos snovi in pripravkov v globino lesne mase furnirja ki bi omogočil uporabo višjih koncentracij pripravkov in uporabo manjših količin pripravka.-2Therefore, there has been a need to improve the impregnation process by a method that allows the controlled introduction of substances and preparations into the wood veneer depth, which would allow the use of higher concentrations of preparations and the use of smaller quantities of the preparation.
Postopek pretočne vakuumske/sesalne impregnacije furnirja po pričujočem izumu omogoča vnašanje različnih tekočih snovi v globino lesne mase vsakega lista furnirja posebej z možnostjo uporabe višjih koncentracij pripravkov in uporabo manjših količin pripravka. The process of flowing vacuum / suction impregnation of veneer according to the present invention allows the introduction of different liquid substances into the depth of wood mass of each veneer sheet separately, with the possibility of using higher concentrations of preparations and using smaller amounts of the preparation.
Stanje tehnike:State of the art:
A technical problem that is not satisfactorily solved is the large amount of the preparation with low concentration of active substances and / or long impregnation times, and a large plant with high input / energy consumption. Otherwise, U.S. Pat. No. 5,512,098 discloses a vacuum-impregnation solution for fumigate-impregnating individually, but the process is stationary and is essentially a small autoclave.
Opis nove rešitveDescription of the new solution
The object and object of the present invention is to provide a process that allows the use of smaller volumes of the preparation without large stockpiles of the preparation, with higher concentration in the case of aqueous solutions, using a device that enables the rapid and efficient deep introduction of the preparation into the wood of the veneer by the transport / flow of the tournament sheet through the device.
Opis izumaDescription of the invention
According to the present invention, the problem is solved by a vacuum / suction impregnation process by exploiting the porosity of wood, especially thin wood such as veneer.
Postopek pretočnega vakuumsko sesalnega impregniranja furnirja rešuje probleme stacionarnih vakuumsko tlačnih postopkov impregnacije in omogoča:The vacuum suction impregnation process of the veneer solves the problems of stationary vacuum pressure impregnation processes and enables:
- aplikacijo pripravka na vsak list furnirja posebej- application of the preparation to each sheet of veneer separately
- uporabo manjših količin pripravkov vodnih raztopin kemikalij- use of small quantities of preparations of aqueous solutions of chemicals
- uporabo pripravkov/snovi v višjih koncentracijah- use of preparations / substances in higher concentrations
Pričujoči izum bo opisan s pomočjo izvedbenega primera postopka vakuumsko/sesalne impregnacije furnirja in slik, ki prikazujejo:The present invention will be described by way of an exemplary vacuum / suction impregnation of veneer and pictures showing:

- aplikator pripravka 50 za nanos pripravka na odprto stran la furnirja 1, ki lahko glede na vrsto in gostoto pripravka pripravek nanese na furnir 1 z brizganjem, valjčnim nanosom, polivanjem- applicator of preparation 50 for applying the preparation to the open side of the veneer 1, which, depending on the type and density of the preparation, can be applied to the veneer 1 by injection molding, roller application, pouring
- enota 20 z zalogo ali pripravo impregnacijskega pripravka,- unit 20 with the stock or preparation of the impregnation preparation,
- krmilni ventil 23 za doziranje pripravka iz enote 20 z zalogo pripravka v aplikator pripravka 50,- a control valve 23 for dispensing the preparation from unit 20 with the stock of the preparation into the applicator of the preparation 50,
- transportna enota 37 za transport furnirja skozi aplikator pripravka 50 do vhoda v impregnacijsko enoto 400,- conveyor unit 37 for transporting the veneer through the applicator of the preparation 50 to the inlet of the impregnation unit 400,
- transportna enota 38 na izhodni strani impregnacijske enote 400.- transport unit 38 on the outlet side of the impregnation unit 400.
The process on the veneer vacuum / suction impregnation unit is as follows. The veneer 1 travels on a conveyor device 37 which may be a conveyor belt or a net conveyor belt with the upper conveyor rollers 40 which further guide / laugh the tourniquet sheet 1 into the applicator 50 of the preparation.
Furnir pred opisanim pretočnim vakuumsko sesalnim postopkom impregnacije ima praviloma vsebnost vode izpod TNCS, kar je cca 30 % .The sensor 60, which may be a photocell and located at the beginning of the transport device 37 in a programmed time delay, activates / opens applicators 50, which in an appropriate amount are applied to the open side of the veneer 1, that is, the side of the fumi 1 obtained by peeling or cutting on the side of a knife that peels or cuts the veneer. The veneer prior to the vacuum impregnation vacuum suction process described above generally has a water content below TNCS, which is approximately 30%.
-4Po nanosu ustrezne količine impregnacijskega pripravka na površino la furnirja 1 vstopi list furnirja 1 v osnovno impregnacijsko enoto 400.-4 Upon application of an appropriate amount of impregnation preparation to the surface of the veneer 1, the sheet of veneer 1 enters the basic impregnation unit 400.
A single fumigation sheet 1 having a pressure side lb, that is, a side of the pressure strip in the manufacture of a peeling cut, turned into a vacuum suction nozzle 410, where a vacuum pump 8 is created and causes the suction of the product located on the open side of the veneer lin due to the pressure the difference, that is, the pressure, penetrates the depth of the veneer. Vacuum suction nozzles 410 extend over the entire width of the basic impregnation unit 400. The number of nozzles depends on: the type of wood, veneer thickness and impregnation agent.
Vacuum suction pressure impregnation effect is provided by unit 300 to create adequate vacuum / vacuum pressure with vacuum pump 8, to achieve effective suction of impregnating agent into the depth of veneer wood. / vacuum 300 via an intermediate measuring control 440, which controls the suction by opening and closing, depending on the value before the set vacuum / vacuum.
Fumirski list 1 preko transportne naprave transportni trak 38 z pritisnimi transportnimi valji 41 zapusti impregnacijsko enoto 400.The fumigation sheet 1 exits the impregnation unit 400 via a conveyor conveyor belt 38 with pressure rollers 41.
Unit 20 is optional: it can be connected to the device 400 via a control valve 23 for dispensing a preparation such as an IBC container with a substance already prepared.
The impregnation preparation unit 20 may be used in the case of pre-preparation of the impregnating agent e.g. by dilution with water or other solvents. The solvent enters via valve 11 and, if necessary, is properly treated in unit 15 e.g. by heating to a higher temperature and increasing the pressure in the pressure unit 14 due to better mixing in the mixing unit 13. In the storage unit 19 there is a powder form of impregnator which is dosed through the dosing unit 16 into the mixing unit 13. The prepared impregnation preparation is stored in container 18. The preparation is applied to the veneer via the control valve 23 via the applicator 50.
According to the invention, it is possible to prepare the impregnation preparation in small quantities on an ongoing basis. In the case of aqueous solutions, due to the heating of smaller amounts of water, it is possible to heat the impregnation preparation to higher temperatures, but not beyond the boiling point of the water, which affects the reach of a higher concentration of the preparation. Higher concentrations may be just below the saturation limit of the present invention. It is known that the limit of saturation with the temperature of the solvent / water increases, so it is necessary to determine the limit between temperature and concentration for each preparation.
