Abstract

The device and procedure for the control of telecommunication devices via a data network which enable the use of the so-called "INBAND" control option and managing of communication devices with the help of DLAMs well understood that this includes adhering to the TCP/IP standards of the protocol stack. Via ipDSLAMs with ADSL 2+ modem or without it as well as the application of a switch (which is enabled by several terminal points for end-user devices) it is possible to establish the required communication for the control and management of end-user devices to the needs of TS. There are two operating variations of the solution, which are: a) the end-user device connected directly to the Ethernet port of the ipDSLAM, b) end-user device connected by using the ADSL 2+ modem. In most cases the solution is applied, only when the distance of the terminal facility for the control and management is more than 90 meters, then solution 2 is used.
