Abstract

The invention refers to a falsification- and modification-proof document, where a so-called hidden picture (4) is used as one of the protection elements. The picture is visible under a certain angle both at natural and artificial daylight and can be discerned to the touch, if necessary. At the same time, because of the way of execution of the mentioned hidden picture, the side (1) itself of a document, which is foreseen for protection, is shielded against damage and modification. A document of this kind consists of at least one side (1) - previously printed and/or fitted with other protection elements on at least one of its faces (11), if necessary - over which a transparent multilayer lining (2) is generally laid in an irremovable manner. This lining (2) comprises at least one transparent layer (20) of adhesive, at least one layer (21, 22) of transparent paint and at least one transparent layer (23) of protection colour. The transparent layer (20) of adhesive is spread on the surface of the multilayer lining (2), turned against the side (1) foreseen for protection. The layer (21, 22) of transparent paint wears a hidden picture (4) applied on its surface.

Ena izmed možnosti zaščite dokumentov proti ponarejanju je opremljanje le-teh z optično spremenljivimi grafičnimi elementi. Tako je v WO 93/22146 oz.
