Abstract

The invention refers to an appliance for keeping and controlled outpouring of honey or a similar markedly viscous food product, which enables, from the standpoint of hygiene requirements, an unobjectionable keeping of honey or honey-like food products and is applicable at the same time as a permanent piece of tableware. The appliance comprises a vessel (1) with a removable cap (3), which is intended for keeping the said substance and is fitted with an exhaust opening (12) in the bottom (11) area, which can be closed and/or opened by means of a suitable closing member (41). The appliance is indicated by its vessel (1) insertable with its concave bottom (11) into an underlying supporting dish (2) so that the exhaust opening (12) of the vessel (1) is at some distance above the bottom (21) of the said supporting dish (2). The closing member (41) in the interior of the vessel (1), which can be moved in the vertical direction, is inserted with its sealing part (412) into the exhaust opening (12) of the vessel (1) while its opposite guiding part (411) is sliding in a guide (36) within the cap (3) put on the vessel (1). An invention which, in the field of liquid consumer goods and household tableware, belongs to jars, mustard or the like, pasty or very viscous, dense and less liquid substances, refers to a device for the storage and controlled pouring of honey or similar semi-liquid, in particular highly viscous food products.

The invention is based on the problem of how to realize a device which, on the one hand, is intended to ensure, from the point of view of hygiene requirements, the proper storage of honey or honey-like food products, whether already at retail outlets or at home, and on the other hand, usable also as a durable tableware that would allow each user to supply the desired amount of honey at any time, without the use of other requisites and, in particular, without the uncontrolled discharge of honey into or from the container.

It is known that, for the purposes of sales and home storage, it is stored in glass containers that are similar to or similar to containers for storing jams, sauces and cooked fruits and vegetables. These are glass jars, the so-called jars, with a door wide above, with a relatively wide door fitted with an external thread, to which a cover is attached by means of a suitable threaded connection. In terms of hygiene, such containers are essentially impeccable. The removal of honey from such containers is also possible without the use of any additional requisites, namely by pouring out only due to the tilting of the container. However, it is practically impossible to avoid the unpleasant drainage of honey over the neck and across the outer surface of the container. Capturing honey from a container with the help of additional props, e.g. buckets or spoons, as a rule, again results in the draining of the honey over the edge of the respective props and / or on the outer surface thereof and the draining of the honey over the outer surface of the container or into the surrounding area. When a container of this type, either with or without additional equipment, is placed on the table as part of a serving unit, distributing honey for the aforementioned reasons can certainly be quite embarrassing. This may be the reason that, despite all the well-known advantages and characteristics of this remarkable natural food product, it is relatively rare to serve them in catering establishments or in the household, in the context of regular tableware or tea.

These disadvantages can be avoided in relatively small quantities in relatively expensive and also environmentally friendly, disposable packaging, with the outer surface of the packaging being transported and stored from the moment of packaging to the moment of opening or opening. it can certainly be exposed to various influences and even impurities, so it is essentially unsuitable for serving as such.

From the patent literature, there are a number of known solutions for storing and distributing or distributing. the squeezing of food products that are in terms of flow or density or viscosity similar to honey.

Thus, from PCT / FR84 / 000183 oz. WO 85/00737 A known device for storing and dispensing semi-liquid honey, which is intended to facilitate transport and also ingestion of honey in a hygienically sound manner. The device consists of a tubular circumferential part in which a cylindrical mouthpiece is inserted and anti-crystallization agents for honey are provided. The mouthpiece mentioned is similar to the neck of a bottle and closed with a stopper. Even with this device, the removal of honey from the inside is again done by tilting, with the problem of draining the honey over the edge or. thus remains clearly unresolved on the outer surface.

Further, EP 0 085 835 A3 discloses a device for dispensing a semi-liquid food product of a collier, e.g. chili. It is a sealed container in which a mixer is installed and which above the bottom comprises a discharge opening through which, after the necessary pressure has been established, the chili is pressed inside the container. Such a device is fundamentally complex, difficult to clean and maintain hygiene, and last but not least because of the possibility of crystallization of honey, it is basically useless to store it.

Furthermore, EP 0 280 669 discloses a device for emptying a cream or similar product from a container. It is a tulcast attachment that can be screwed onto the container after the protective cover is unscrewed. The container contains cream and a suitable propellant. The nozzle nozzle is provided on the side facing the container with means for forming a corresponding opening in the vessel by screwing the nozzle thereto. Further, the nozzle is provided at its narrowest end of the container with the outlet opening through which the cream flows out of said container. Since honey is not normally stored in pressurized containers because of its viscosity, this kind of device is completely unsuitable for solving the problem mentioned above.

Furthermore, EP 0 610 724 A2 and EP 0 745 342 are known devices for distributing two liquid products, e.g. mustard and spicy tomato sauces (so-called ketchup- ^ preferably for serving hot dogs and similar products from the so-called fast food area. In both applications, the same applicant is essentially a double container in which a centrally arranged inner compartment is surrounded by an external compartment. Each of the compartments has one of the aforementioned semi-liquid foods available, both compartments connected to the lower part of the container and covered by a vertically movable lid, thus creating the necessary pressure inside the container to allow the respective food to be expelled. the simultaneous extrusion of both foodstuffs through said valve body, which is in each position selected.This device is extremely complex and problematic, especially in terms of providing and maintaining hygiene, so that it is best suited for use by a professional, knowledgeable user who is thoroughly also taught about its composition and all u the crepes needed for its use and maintenance.

The present invention relates to a device for the storage and controlled pouring of honey or a similar highly viscous food product, wherein the container for storing said substance is provided with a removable lid which is provided with a discharge opening in the area of the bottom which can be closed and / or opened with with the help of an appropriate prison authority. According to the invention, the container with its concave floor is inserted into the base below it, so that the discharge opening of the container is located at a distance from the bottom of said base, while at the same time a closure body with its sealing part is mounted in the vertical direction. inserted in the area of the outlet opening of the receptacle, with the rest and guide portion guided in a guide available on the lid, which is mounted on said receptacle and which also includes a control knob for controlling said vertical movement of the breathing organ.
