A temperature sensor (2) located within the kitchen device for removing cooking fumes (1) is connected to an electronic control circuit (3) and the latter to an electric motor (4) of said kitchen device (1), a device (5) for emission of acoustic signals, an electromagnetic valve (6) and/or a contactor (7). An automatic fire-extinction chamber (8) is located in the vicinity of the said kitchen device (1) too.
