Abstract

The object of invention is an attachment for extraction of cork and similar bottle stoppers enabling the cork extraction without application of additional tools or any special, for that purpose designed openers. The attachment according to the invention is composed of a basic screw-shaped body (2) to the upper part of which a traction cord (5) shaped in the form of a narrow tape is attached. The attachment according to the invention may be also integrated within the body (1) as a driven-in screw (2') under the head of which a washer (3) with a slot (4), through which the traction cord (5') is running, is previously put. In the second execution case, the attachment within the body (1') is represented by a driven-in screw (2") having a deepening (7) with an edge (8) carried out at the bottom, while the traction cord (5") is attached to a bayonet plug (9).

The subject of the invention is a nozzle for removing cork and similar bottle stoppers, which enables the cork stopper to be pulled out without the use of additional tools or a special opener designed for this purpose. A technical problem that the present invention successfully solves is the construction and construction of such a attachment that will allow the cork or similar stopper to be pulled out of the bottle without an additional opener.

The problem of opening bottles closed with cork stoppers is only solved by using a special opener. Several embodiments of the openers are known, the main part of which is a coiled rod-shaped body which is wound in a stopper. The simplest version has a transverse handle on the top of this body so that the plug can be pulled out. However, there are various designs that make it easier to pull out. Such embodiments are e.g. described in patent documents WO 97101504, WO 96115062, EP 620 154.

All of the openers described above do not solve the technical problem of opening bottles closed with a cork or similar stopper without the use of an additional opener. It is an object of the present invention to provide an attachment for extracting cork or similar stoppers for bottles in such a way that it is possible to remove the stopper without the use of additional tools or tools. opener. For this purpose, the nozzle is made in the form of a screw-shaped body, which is pulled into the stopper from its upper part and a drawstring is drawn. Alternatively, a screw may be screwed into the body of the stopper, which is connected via a special washer or by a bayonet plug to an opening and a string.

The nozzle of the invention is mechanically or manually wrapped in a stopper when filling and closing the bottle. The drawstring 5 is guided by the neck of the bottle and covered e.g. with paper covering the stopper by looking at the end of pull line 5 outside the paper. This end is taken when opening the bottle and tearing off the paper, then inserting the end 5b into the opening 13 of the upper part 10. Since the end 5b has the shape of a smaller arrow, it is stuck with the flat nozzles 12 inside the body 2, thus forming a drawstring which can be used to remove the cap from the bottle.

Another embodiment of the solution of the technical problem shown in Figures 2 and 3 shows a cork bottle stopper in which a screw 2 'is screwed into the body 1 onto which a washer 3 with an io groove 4 through which a pull line 5' extends. As the base of the cork stoppers is also covered by a paper or plastic lid 6, the drawstring 5 is guided through the outer part of the neck of the bottle so that it lies outside said lid 6.

When opening the bottle, pull the free end of the drawstring 5, causing the lid 6 to tear, and then pull out the body 1 of the stopper.

A bottle stopper with a bottle opener according to the invention and a second embodiment in the cross section shown in Fig. 2 has a screw 2 in the body 1 'with a recess 7 having an edge 8 at the bottom while the drawstring 5' is fastened to bayonet plug 9.
