Predmet izuma je električno izolirano ročno orodje (“račna”) z zaskočnim mehanizmom, ki dopušča vrtenje, oziroma prenos sile samo v določeni smeri, pri čemer je smer, v katero je možno vrtenje oz. prenos sile, določljiva s pomočjo dveh pritisnih gumbov.
