Abstract

A measuring anchor for the measurement of the axial force distribution with depth is used in geotechnics to determine the stress-strain situation within the surrounding rock as well as the activity of the anchorage system as a structural element of slope, underground room, and tunnel stabilization in mining and geotechnical engineering and last but not least concrete structure applications. The measuring anchor for the measurement of the axial force distribution with depth consists of a loadbearing part to which electrical resistivity gauges are attached in several cross-sections. In case the direction of anchor loading should be determined, at least two circumferentially crosswise oriented strain gauges shall be attached into each cross-section. The measuring anchor installation procedure does not differ from the installation procedures for the rest of the anchors within the anchorage system.

Description

MERSKO SIDRO ZA MERJENJE RAZNOSA OSNE SILE PO GLOBINIMEASURING ANCHOR FOR MEASURING DISTANCE OF AXLE FORCE BY DEPTH

The subject of the invention is a measuring anchor for changing the axial force distribution in depth, which is used in geotechnics to determine stress-strain conditions in the surrounding hill and the activation of the anchor system as a structural element.

The solution provided by the invention is the use of resistive measuring strips to determine the load on the anchor, and with the position of the strips where at least two differently oriented strips appear in the cross section, it is possible to determine the flexural stresses or directions of the main loads of the anchor.

Merska sidra, ki so bila razvita do sedaj, so uporabljala mehanske principe meijenja ali pa električne senzorje drugih oblik (vihrajoča žica itd.).Anchors today are an extremely useful structural element for temporary as well as permanent stabilization of slopes, underground spaces and tunnels in rocks and soils, in mining, geotechnical engineering, and last but not least in concrete structures. Measuring anchors that have been developed so far have used mechanical switching principles, or electric sensors of other shapes (swirling wire, etc.).

Prereze, kjer so locirani merilni lističi, zaščitimo z gumijastim kitom pred mehanskimi poškodbami, vse električne spoje pa pred vlago z izolacijsko maso. The measuring anchor for changing the axial force distribution in depth consists of the supporting part of the anchor, which may be any material used for anchoring. In this section, resistive measuring strips are attached in several cross-sections, the interval of which depends on the need, which are oriented opposite to the circumference, if there are more than one. Connect each resistive dipstick to the cable. If necessary, add a connector at the end of the cable. The cross sections where the measuring slips are located are protected with a rubber putty against mechanical damage, and all electrical connections are protected against moisture with insulating mass.

The procedure for installing a measuring anchor for determining the axial force in depth is the same as for installing the rest of the anchor system, the specificity of installation is only knowing the orientation of the measuring slips in the hole.

The specific deformations exchanged on a given measuring pad also tell us what the load area is, whether it is compressive or tensile. On the basis of all displaced sites, we analyze the magnitudes and directions of loading of the measuring anchor for changes in the axial force distribution in depth.

PATENTNA ZAHTEVKAPATENT APPLICATION 1. Measuring anchor for measuring the axial force distance in depth, characterized in that specific deformations are measured in sections differently from the anchor head by means of resistive measuring strips, but if more strips per section are used, their orientation around the circumference is spatially uniform determined, which is the basis for determining the size and direction of load of the anchor.
