Abstract

The arrangement has an active device for subjecting the structure (1) to electromagnetic oscillations (2) with a frequency in the region of 141 kHz and/or for forming a potential sink (3) in the surroundings. Each active device has an associated automatically actuated control element (12,14,15,18) for varying the intensity of its effect. The control element can be controlled by an electronic controller (21) depending on measurement devices (34) in the vicinity of the structure. The controller has a microcomputer with a data converter and memory which processes an actual value to generate a control signal and stores it in the memory. The data converter digitizes the input signals and converts the output signals into a form acceptable to the control elements.
