Ready-to-use hypoallergenic porridge (I) comprises 15-30 % dry matter, consisting of at least 1.5 % protein, 0-10 % chemically modified starch and/or 0-10 % natural starch (but at least 2 % starch in total), at least 4 % sugar and at least 1 % fat.
